Extraordinary place, very quiet, ideal to relax, and change the routine, highly recommended

We had a wonderful month long stay at Luis Manuel’s place. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed. Luis was very friendly and responsive with any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, the heated pools, and the beautiful grounds of the complex. It is within walking distance to the convenience store, grocery store, and bus stop to Centro. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay. Nice apartment near the center of San Miguel. Just 10 minutes to drive. Nice overview to the City. Would book again.

Everything was very good. the 2 co-hosts gave us the super clear instructions, they were very nice and flexible with the check-in time and the house was ready when we arrived. The same departure is very easy and independent. Just the hot taan water was not coming out of the shower but nothing worrying. Thanks!

Good place to stay good get away for the weekend

Excellent house as it appears in the description. Alberto and Luis answer at all times they are super attentive and the house is clean, beautiful and in a nice area. Everything excellent will definitely be back.

This house was Awesome! Michael greeted us even though we arrived very late due to some flight complications. Michael was also very responsive to our requests and was more than willing to help with some general questions about the town. The house was also very clean and the staff who came in daily were also very sweet. We had them make us some breakfast on a few occasions and it was exceptional. Would highly recommend and will likely stay here on our next trip to San Miguel.

Visited with my family of 7. Kids and adults. We enjoyed this wonderful home tremendously. The location was just as great. Popular street for photo shoots in San Miguel. Walkability is high. Lots to do. Plenty of walkable restaurant choices whether you like fine dining or enjoy eating tacos at the Mercado. We loved it. Same with shopping choose to buy local or higher end boutiques. There’s something for everyone. Bertha cooked tasty breakfasts for us and she could not have been any nicer. She was like family immediately. Beds were comfortable. Each bedroom was a suite and had its own bathroom. Two balconies. Wonderfully decorated. I could live here full time. Gorgeous plants, hummingbirds & Butterflies in the courtyard. Impossible to capture the layout and charm of home with only pictures. We will visit again. Muchísimas gracias Robert & Berta. Hasta pronto.

We were very comfortable, the house is very enjoyable, it has everything we could need, our dogs enjoyed the garden enormously, we had a barbecue, by the way, in addition to the Oxxo at the entrance of the neighborhood, in a neighboring neighborhood, on Colonial Avenue you can find all kinds of shops, such as tortilla, fruit and vegetable shops and grocery stores. The house is very conveniently located and in a few minutes by car we were in the places we wanted to visit Thank you very much for everything Daniela, we will definitely be back another time

Had a great stay, wished we had stayed longer. My son left a few items behind and the host was nice enough to ship them back to the US. Everything about this stay was great. Thank you for hosting my family and I!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in this peaceful and beautiful home. We loved the neighborhood, it was quiet but friendly, had several little grocery stores nearby plus a tortilla shop, meat shop and fruit and vegetable shop. We met a few ex pat neighbors who were also very friendly. We walked to the centro every day, an easy downhill 20-25 minute walk and then took a taxi back for the uphill climb in the heat of the afternoon. The home and garden made us especially love just hanging out when we got back from our daily adventures. Sitting down outside in the shade with a mojito garnished with a lime from the tree in the garden was delightful. A few but not many mosquitoes, no worse than home. Enrique was so helpful and fun, we were good friends by the end of our 8 days. He drove us to many places that we wanted to visit (pay the taxi rate) and suggested nearby restaurants and shops. I am a folk artist and loved all the wonderful art. I would highly recommend this home.

Fabulous experience, cozy spot especially for a single traveler or couple. Amazing assistance from the staff regarding our logistics and answering all questions - helped us immensely coordinating various rides. Super centrally located. Very, very nice!

Stacey’s place is beautiful, convenient, and well-appointed. It had tons of space, was close to the town center if we wanted to go out to eat, and close to the mercado and a cute little neighborhood grocery if we wanted to cook. There are lovely outdoor spaces upstairs and downstairs for lounging; everyone in our party of six was very comfortable and happy in the space. Stacey herself was extremely accommodating and helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

My wife and I, and our kitty, very much enjoyed Eric and Evette's lovely home. It's spacious, private, comfortable, pretty, and remarkably quiet for being so close to a main road, the "Ancha." Always super communication with the hosts. The housekeeper is a delight and does excellent work: the house is spotless. The location is wonderful, with abundant restaurants nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to a terrific grocery store, City Market. It's also only a 10-minute Uber or taxi ride to the main square, or a 20-minute bus ride, or a 30'ish minute walk. Our cat loved the garden, where he played freely. And we appreciated that the property is surrounded by high walls, so we weren't concerned about his safety. If someone is mobility impaired, please be advised the stairs to the bedrooms and rooftop are a tad steep. It's not a big deal though: one of us is mobility challenged, and we did fine. All in all, we had a terrific stay and we highly recommend this home.

Everything is excellent! Very comfortable house and it's very peaceful

Excellent accommodation, very pleasant stay, the place is really nice and there is a lot of nature, as well as different amenities to spend time with the family. What was most enjoyed was the pool and the barbecue area, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, good communication and quick response. You can access the club for the paddle courts by paying for a day pass, which is worth it if you like sports. It also has an indoor pool inside the club. The house did not have a kitchen, which is something to consider, to eat out or ask for access to the communal kitchen. Overall great accommodation and we recommend it. We would definitely stay there again.

Osacr is an excellent host, the apartment has everything you need and is super clean. The pool was warm and very clean. My grandchildren really enjoyed it. Plus the transportation to the center is incredible... Everything is great, 100% recommended.

This was a fabulous location to stay in in SMA. My family of 13 was so comfortable; plenty of room. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Rosario and her sister Lolita took care of every need. Rosario‘s cooking was amazing we only got to have dinner one night because we had so many plans but the morning breakfasts were fabulous And always a supply of chips and salsa during the day for anyone to snack on. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende . five days was not enough! Many of my guests did walk to and from town but others chose to Uber/taxi and that was very easy. We did some wonderful hiking tours , music tours , ATV excursions and lots of fun shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were visiting for a family wedding but I would certainly go back. Thank you Nancy for offering this fabulous location and thank you to Rosario for making us feel so welcome.

Stayed here for a girls trip and the home exceeded my expectations and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ginny’s home felt extremely spacious and we had plenty of room even with our large group. I loved the location, we were easily able to walk to several spots and the view was even better! The home fit right in to the city with its beautiful architecture and interesting art throughout. We did have some issues with the WiFi being very spotty and some of the rooms did get pretty warm during the day but there were plenty of fans. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit!

Excellent stay once again! We enjoyed the privacy of the house and the back yard. We love eating on the back porch and having a BBQ. The beds are super comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back soon!

Perfection! Bill was a wonderful host - warm, friendly and very accessible. And the home was both beautiful and comfortable. We were met by one of two maids (Betty and Veronica) who showed us around and made sure we knew where everything was and how to work with the idiosyncracies of the house. (Every house has them, and it was nice to have them pointed out and explained.) On top of that there was detailed information on the workings of the home plus recommendations on where to eat, what to do and how to get around. Not a detail was spared. AND, Betty and Veronica were there everyday to fix us breakfast and make sure the house was spotless. Who could ask for more? The home was idyllic. Run, don't walk to Casa Carole!!
