It was a trip with friends and we had an amazing time, the house had enough space, we all felt very comfortable Clean, when we had any questions Dafne immediately gave us a solution Thanks for everything.

The house is in a great location, with a great rooftop, many beds, and a beautiful architectural decor and style.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing and just as advertised. Dalia was an excellent host, very kind and always attentive to everything. The area is very quiet and beautiful, just as we wanted. The kitchen is well-equipped and the jacuzzi is luxurious. Of course I'd come back again.

This was a fun, colorful house in a wonderful location. The rooftop patio was amazing for beautiful sunsets. Super walkable to everything and easy communication with the host.

Magnificent hidden gem! This property is better than the photos, and allows you to live in a Spanish Colonial townhome/mansion. Truly a gorgeous oasis, and also an art collector's home, filled with beautiful things, and fully stocked for your comfort. The pool and courtyard fountain make you feel like you are in a private resort. The 4th floor roof top covered living/dining/bar/fireplace is perfect to watch the sunset with a cocktail or glass of wine with a stunning nighttime view of two church steeples. The property is so lush with potted plants and flowers that a gardener tends to it. I can't say enough good things about this property and excellent location. The best part is Rosalinda the cook, and Leticia the chambermaid. They are the sweetest and kindest souls; true caregivers. You can pick out recipes from the binders/cookbooks in the kitchen, give them money for groceries and they will cook 2 meals a day for you. We felt like royalty! Jod's dining recommendations were 5-Star!

Excellent place, a very spacious house to enjoy with the family.

We didn’t know much about Villas Xichu when we booked it — it just seemed to be a convenient and reasonably priced higher-end accommodation. But Gloria was extremely friendly and communicative from the word “go”, checking in with us frequently as our stay approached. When we finally arrived (while Gloria herself was abroad), the staff welcomed us right away, and we were very pleasantly surprised to learn we had been upgraded to the nuptial suite. This was a significant upgrade to a beautiful apartment with a stunning view of SMA, amazing decor and many thoughtful amenities. Gloria continued to check in how we were finding things, made us feel right at home and part of the Villas Xichu family! I heartily recommend and can’t wait to return!
