The subdivision has amenities that are very enjoyable to relax, the location is excellent a few minutes from downtown (by car or Uber) and the host is always attentive. Just that if you are going to use the pool, bring more towels, since the apartment only has 5 towels in total for bathing and/or the pool

Everything was excellent. The only thing is that the internet is not very good, but we realized that it is like that throughout the area, not just in the accommodation

I would definitely return the place is very nice with gardens and terraces the amenities too, the depto is equipped with the basics but it is very comfortable, spacious and clean and were very flexible and friendly all the time. Thanks for a great stay in the luminaire !!!

5-Star Stay in San Miguel de Allende! My husband and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in San Miguel de Allende. The space is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, and we loved how peaceful and secure the neighborhood felt. The gated community has guards at the entrance who take their job seriously while still being friendly and helpful. It’s about a 10-12 minute walk into town, which we found very manageable. While the return walk is uphill, it wasn’t difficult for us, but Ubers and taxis are very affordable and easy to find if you’d rather not walk. We didn’t use the pool, but we checked it out, and it looked clean and inviting. Communication with Ines was excellent—she was always kind, responsive, and helpful. We highly recommend this airbnb!!

A super quiet place, focused on rest and very family-friendly

It is a beautiful condo and peaceful surrounding. We tremendously enjoyed bird singing in the morning. The condo was spacious and clean, although it was basic. Its amenities are amazing: It has pool, Jacuzzi, and gym. The gym even has yoga mats. It’s located about 15-minute walk to Central city where so many great restaurants and shops. The condo offers shuttle service if you are tired of walking back-and-forth. Taxi is also available. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very conveniently located (near the central square of San Miguel). It has all the necessary utensils to feel comfortable, to be able to cook (if you want), heaters in the rooms (which are very useful at this time of year), permanent water in jugs, and good-sized rooms with comfortable beds. It was a very good choice to go with the family and enjoy San Miguel The only thing they should check is the access to hot water in the showers, which is limited (in the sinks and in the kitchen the hot water comes out well).

My family really enjoyed our our weekend. The apartment was easy to find and gain access to thanks to Tyrone's clear instructions. The clean and cozy vibes made us feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were 10/10 just as advertised. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Our stay with Roberto was excellent, always attentive to what was offered to us, the response was always quick and very helpful... we will gladly return.

The host always had good communication, the villa is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook or eat there, the pool has to be booked as well as the Jacuzi, but the experience of these was the best, the location is very well located 4 blocks from downtown and very private. In conclusion, I was left with a very good taste in my mouth and enjoyed my stay.

Very good accommodation, clean, quiet

A cute and comfortable stay. The fractionation is very quiet and safe, you can have everything on hand or even super home delivery, for example. It's close to the SMA center, however if you don't carry a car it might be a bit tricky. The cluster has its own surveillance, people are very friendly. The house is exactly as in the photos, we did not enter the pool because I felt cold but it looks beautiful. My perris were happy in the green space in front of the privadita. And my communication with the host was friendly and prompt. I would gladly return.

That fractionation has an impressive magic, the design of the buildings and its small imitation of downtown San Miguel de Allende makes it unique, access to gym and Oxxo on the corner help to have everything nearby, the only fly in the rice is the Sr that cleans the pool is very rude. We couldn't use it throughout the stay. But the host is not to blame. The property is very well equipped and spacious, the terraces thereof are very welcoming and helpful, I recommend it to 100
