This apartment is truly outstanding-spotlessly clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and the apartment comes equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Guests also have access to a heated communal pool, ideal for relaxing. The property is situated outside the city center, only a few minutes away by car, within a secure gated community that offers 24-hour security. The host was welcoming and always easy to communicate with, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Our stay at Casa Vista was fantastic. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, the towels and bed linens appeared relatively new and not torn or worn. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs. The mini-split AC worked fantastic and kept the room very comfortable. Lots of natural light entered the room through skylights. The view from the large, rooftop terraza was fantastic and the outdoor amenities (lounge chairs, table, gas grill, unbrella) were top notch. If walking uphill or downhill on steep streets is a problem, this might not be the best choice. The property is located an easy 15 downhill walk to restaurants, shops, markets and the central district. In San Miguel proper, a cab or uber ride to/from the property is $2.00-$3.00 USD. We absolutely recommend Casa Vista and would stay there again.

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

Melissa’s place is fabulous! It looks exactly like the pictures! I loved the art in the apartment and as a dog lover myself I really appreciate the love they’ve shown to their late dog. The place is extremely clean, modern and it has everything you need for a great stay. Melissa was a great host, easy to communicate with and flexible with our check in and check out. The location is great: close to the main square and rosewood hotel and there is a convenience store two doors down. I would highly recommend her place for anybody looking to stay in San Miguel.

We stayed for a month in this apartment and felt that it was perfect for us. The location is ideal for access to everything. There are a lot of stairs to the unit so a person with mobility issues might prefer a unit on the lower level. We cooked every day and had all of the needed items. The blender was a definite perk! And the view from the rooftop is spectacular. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Stacey’s place is beautiful, convenient, and well-appointed. It had tons of space, was close to the town center if we wanted to go out to eat, and close to the mercado and a cute little neighborhood grocery if we wanted to cook. There are lovely outdoor spaces upstairs and downstairs for lounging; everyone in our party of six was very comfortable and happy in the space. Stacey herself was extremely accommodating and helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

La casa es muy amplia, precio muy accesible para lo que ofrece en cuanto espacio y amenidades. Tal cual y como se muestra en las fotografías si visitas esta casa pasaras un rato muy agradable en familia.

Beautiful, spacious with high ceilings + multiple places to gather within larger space; as much fresh air as you might want, or not. Rooftop patio has options for both shade and sun. View is terrific. Garden is lush. Big kitchen, fully equipped. Fresh flowers on dining room table. Beds are on firm side even with foam toppers. Close to plenty of restaurants, park, cultural options (we heard chamber work at nearby church; Luna Media at nearby restaurant; literary presentation at nearby hotel etc) Listen to Rosie: bring your comfortable shoes for walking. Getting home is uphill but it's definitely doable (healthy 60-somethings.) Yes - barking dogs in the neighborhood. It's SMA. Host provides white noise machine or bring your own! Two aspects we love the most: ground floor layout reminiscent of hacienda - rooms wrap around 3 sides of a courtyard. With the sliding roof, you can bring the outside into the courtyard. And most of all - we love Rosie and her team. Exceptional and gracious.

We stayed here last year and returned again this year. The house is very comfortable. Marta(housekeeper) is a gem and does a great job. Vani greats you at check in and is an excellent communicator. The house sits high above San Miguel and the covered terrace is expansive, cool and relaxing. Inside, the kitchen is well equipped for the chef and the living room is comfortable. The house is quiet away from the sounds of traffic, barking dogs & fireworks. Just outside the house are the steps that lead you to town. The bottom of the steps is a large park (Juarez) and the centro is just a short walk. We explored the city in the day and returned in a taxi(80 pesos) to the house in the evening where we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We stayed in May, the hottest month in San Miguel. The house is well ventilated, screen doors, windows & fans circulated the air and we were never hot. This is an excellent house and the owner truly cares for the comfort of their guest. Many thanks!

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en casa de Aurelio. Desde el principio, Aurelio fue un anfitrión muy responsable y atento. La casa es simplemente hermosa: todo estaba impecablemente limpio, y los detalles como los pisos, las terrazas y la fuente la hacen verdaderamente especial. Llevamos carro pero no lo usamos en absoluto, ya que la ubicación es inmejorable: todo está a unos pasos. La casa está súper céntrica, lo que hizo que cada día fuera muy cómodo para explorar la zona a pie. ¡No se pierdan el mercado de artesanías, es una joya local! Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

The weather was warmer than usual, but we were so comfortable with individual ACs in our rooms. We ate at the same restaurants every day for breakfast and felt like we were so pampered with fresh made juices every day! I highly recommend this place, and I will be back.

Excelente casa tal cual aparece en la descripción. Alberto y Luis en todo momento contestan estan super atentos y la casa esta limpia, bonita y en una linda zona. Todo excelente sin duda regresaremos.

Communication with the owners was a breeze and check-in simple. Chris was there to greet and walk us through things. On-site laundry is a plus. The shower hot water was a treat after daily walks and the bed is super comfortable. Although there is no air conditioning, the fans and open windows provided for a very comfortable visit and sleep. The accommodations are great and they even left behind fruits and essentials to make it all the more convenient (and the bottled water was much appreciated). The location is perfect with close proximity to city center with plenty of local sites, restaurants, bars, and shops. We especially loved the property roof-top area for lounging and be sure to check out the roof-top restaurants around town - incredible views. Check-out was just as simple. Thank you for permitting us to use your wonderful place.

El departamento de Guadalupe es más lindo que en las fotografías. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable, incluido un patio maravilloso para disfrutar el clima de San Miguel. La cocina está muy bien equipada, por si deseas cocinar. Guadalupe, como siempre, estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. La zona es linda y hay supermercados cercanos. El centro está a menos de 10 minutos en automóvil.

Yulia's place is modern clean and exceptionally taken care of by Carmen her house manager. As good or better than pictures. Very walkable to the plaza or park or City Market. 2 dollar ride to most places in city , abot 5 to farthest place you would go . Very clean and safe city lots to do. Is in a private enclave of 8 units very safe. Yulia is easy to reach. Enjoy
