Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cuenca Alta del Manzanares

We had a great family weekend. The house had everything, Ana and Alberto were very attentive.

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

Great place we felt like home

We have been very comfortable in the house. The common areas and the porch give rise to spending time together for both adults and children. Despite the cold on the street, the heating is wonderful because it has underfloor heating. We had a small problem with the BBQ that Alberto solved immediately. We don't have a complaint

Very nice stay; The villa had all the necessary amenities for the weekend, very well furnished. Francisco was attentive during our stay.

Javier is a good host, the house is adapted to the description of the listing, very welcoming. Maybe a little more kitchenware was missing. Like some glass of wine or cup of coffee. The house is not totally independent on the land of the owner so the intimacy is not total. Definitely a nice place to stay. Javier was very attentive to everything.

Sandra always responds quickly to questions and Maria helps with whatever is needed. The apartment is as described. The subway is 10 min. There is a Carrefour 5 minutes away for shopping and the "Boulangerie" that makes very good bread.

We spent one night and it was great, they were attentive at all times and made everything very easy. It's great to go with children as they have games for them, ours had a great time!

Joanna is so responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. She provided the perfect home away from home for our time in Madrid. Not only is it located is an absolute picturesque and walkable neighborhood, allowing us to experience the city as locals…her balcony served as the a stunning location for our first look wedding photos. 10/10

The apartment was beautiful and with an amazing location close to nice restaurants, Puertas de Alcalá and Parque de el Retiro. My family and I had a great experience with the apartment which was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for families. It was our first time in Madrid and we couldn’t have chosen a better location and apartment. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with family. Thank you Azu & Dani for hosting us. Nice apartment near the city and with many nice bakeries and cafes in the street. Bus 9 is perfect to commute. The facilities are top notch and love the patio. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Just the entry system lock and app is not really convenient.

Very good value for money, with a good view and a nice overall atmosphere. The full-size kitchen was a great bonus, making the stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! Carlo’s apartment was very well maintained and centrally located within walking distance to all the sites and museums we wanted to visit. The apartment was very spacious, we never felt crowded and the eight of us had no problems falling asleep. You can make a quick breakfast in the kitchen or go out for breakfast! Highly recommended!
