I loved staying here and hope to again in the future! It’s a great accommodation for solo travelers. Conveniently located near local attractions, markets, and restaurants. Most destinations in Madrid is between a 5 minute to 30 minute walk. And the overall price for an almost two week stay was such a great deal! Aurora is a wonderful host as well. Anything you need she is there to help and she has wonderful suggestions on places to go.

Delighted with our stay at Andréa's. The explanations about the accommodation are detailed and clear. The apartment matches the photos, clean, functional, comfortable bedding and especially close to the metro and bus line. We were able to do everything on foot, it was great. (Visit to Madrid but also 3 other cities Toledo, Segovia, and Aranjuez which are quickly accessible by train) Andréa was responsive to our requests, always available quickly to respond to us and give us advice. We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

María Jesus was an excellent host and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Very close to the excitement of Malasaña, but offered a nice reprise after long days of walking the streets. We would definitely stay there again.

Luz's place, while small, is perfect for a tourist stay. The location is its main attribute, it's excellent. The heating is at an ideal point. Communication is also something I appreciate that from the time of booking it was easy and practical. Luz and Altair were very attentive, it took a little longer than the warned time to arrive due to a setback and still they were waiting for me with a good attitude. My only criticism would perhaps be regarding the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, at least the things we used just to see them didn't look very well washed.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and equipped to the smallest details. One of the most beautiful apartments I have encountered. It is clear that a lot of thought has been put into creating a pleasant stay. The view is stunning as well. Alicia was helpful with advice and responded quickly to any needs. We look forward to staying again.

Large, modern and bright home with very good views of Madrid and the mountains behind. Balcony all around! We used public transportation, and you have to expect 45-50 minutes of transportation into the city center. But we were prepared for that! However, when we discovered how cheap and fast it is with an Uber car, that became our preferred solution for the evening home trips, being tired and just want to go home and to bed!😴

We are all looking forward to our next visit.

The apartment was beautiful and with an amazing location close to nice restaurants, Puertas de Alcalá and Parque de el Retiro. My family and I had a great experience with the apartment which was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for families. It was our first time in Madrid and we couldn’t have chosen a better location and apartment. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with family. Thank you Azu & Dani for hosting us. The place is in a great location for visiting Madrid. I walked almost everywhere and if not then the metro is really close. Seo was very helpful as a host and made checking in and out easy and seamless. One thing to be aware of is that the place is pretty much below ground level (which is outlined by Seo) so there isn’t a lot of natural light or an outside space. Therefore I would recommend this place if you want a place to rest after long days out in Madrid. I spent a day in the apartment doing some work and it felt a little dreary because of lack of natural light. But overall a great place to stay. Thank you Seo.

The apartment was very comfortable and well located. There are 3 metro stations within a 5 to 10-minute walk which allows access to two different metro lines. Many of the tourist destinations are also within 15 to 20 minutes. The apartment was quiet and well-insulated from street noise. Ammar was also a great host and very responsive. We had a problem with the washer, and he came to fix it that same afternoon. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to be in Centro!

Our stay with Sara was spectacular, always pending from the time of booking to offer us the full experience and to our liking. The apartment was with the heating for our arrival. He gave us recommendations from the surroundings to see and eat. And he even had several details in our stay that we loved. We will definitely be staying again at Casas Toya with Sara as hostess is a 10!!!!

Cozy, safe, and comfortable apartment central to all things in Madrid! My husband and I had a lovely stay at Raquel’s place. Very communicative host who provided all we needed for our stay! We would absolutely come again!

Marta's place was simply fantastic! Our family of six stayed there and had plenty of space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The provided amenities lasted our entire stay. The apartment looks better in person than in the pictures! The location absolutely cannot be beat! Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and a metro station are all within meters of the apartment. Taxis are very easy to find at all times of the day right outside the apartment door. The apartment building was quiet in the evening. We never heard any traffic. Check in was incredibly easy and straightforward. The key pick-up location is right across the street. Marta was always very accessible, friendly, and helpful. This was by far our best AirBnb experience. We will happily stay again on future visits. Thank you very much, Marta!

very nice apartment on 3 levels. Fun and original, tastefully furnished. New furniture, tidy, close to all the main attractions, we walked around. Nearby grocery stores, great restaurants nearby. Just a stone's throw from art museums.

Fourth time utilizing the location. Always a great pleasure being here. Host is extremely helpful and friendly. A standout for long stays.
