L’emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier calme et agréable, avec une station de métro toute proche, propre et sécurisée. Segunda vez que lo elegimos para mis suegros y realmente lo volveríamos a reservar. Los anfitriones son muy amables, atentos, asegurando que todo vaya bien. El departamento es super cómodo, está muy bien equipado, una limpieza superior y detalles de calidad por todos lados. Está a minutos a pie de un centro comercial, Ikea, restaurantes, tiendas. Super recomendable!

Alojarnos en el apartamento de Carlos fue genial! aguardó nuestra llegada, nos alojó y mostró todo lo que podíamos disfrutar del apartamento. Muy buenas amenidades y recomendaciones. La ubicación es fantástica, si bien la movida de gente es constante, el hecho del apartamento interno nos permitió descansar sin ruidos. A 5 minutos de puerta del sol, zona replta de sitios para comer y comprar.

Fijn appartement dichtbij een mooi wandelgebied in een rustige omgeving. Peter en zijn gezin wonen daar en zijn heel rustige mensen. Hij is heel behulpzaam en geeft goede tips. Met mooi weer kun je lekker buiten zitten in de tuin of op het terras. Veilige en rustige buurt waar de auto voor de deur op straat kan staan. Van hieruit is het centrum van Madrid (met auto en trein) in anderhalf uur bereikbaar en ben je in een half uur midden in de bergen voor mooie wandelingen.

La estancia ha sido espectacular, muy cómodos y siendo muy atentos con nuestra satisfacción general en el apartamento, sin duda muy recomendable es como estar en casa la verdad

So cool!! Really. Never seen anything like this. The design is so cleverly crafted and the furnishings and appointments are thoughtfully curated. The only thing is……there isn’t any downside. None. Great location, walkable to sights, shopping, splurging!! Been to over 2 dozen vacation rentals and this is the best. And I haven’t even started about how great Pedro is.

Apartamento espacioso y bien ubicado, a dos pasos de la plaza del pueblo, con fácil aparcamiento cercano y también con una zona de parque de juegos en proximidad. Trato cercano y amable de Rosa y Ángel. Nos colocaron una cuna de bebé, que nos vino fenomenal. Un sitio más que recomendable para pasar unos días en Soto del Real .

De verdad les recomiendo con toda sinceridad súper bello limpio nuevo moderno cómodo céntrico y siempre total respuesta de parte del anfitrión súper agradecida 🙏🏻

Juan fue muy amable y estaba pendiente en todo momento para cualquier duda. También nos indicó como funcionaba el transporte público de Madrid y cómo llegar al centro de la forma más rápida y eficiente.

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

Le logement de Cristina est très bien placé, à quelques minutes de la gare d’Atocha et quelques pas du métro. Il est très propre et super bien décoré. On entendait à peine les voisins mitoyens, les gros travaux de construction en bas de l’appartement commencent vers 7:00 du matin, cela ne m’a pas beaucoup dérangé car je devais me lever tôt pour prendre mon avion. J’y retournerai sans hésitation!

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato in appartamento una signora che faceva le pulizie in appartamento troppo carina e gentile. Ha pulito tutto l’appartamento da cima a fondo tutto profumava. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene con l’host, è stato chiaro in tutto ed era veramente molto attivo nel gestire il tutto. La consiglierei veramente a tutti! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Irina's apartment was magical! So beautiful, thoughtfully and personally decorated, and one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. Can't recommend the place enough for your stay in Madrid.

Muy bonito el sitio muy cómodo para estar en pareja fenomenal para pasarte unos días aparatado de la ciudad y como digo en pareja está súper

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement s’est très bien passé ! L’appartement est bien équipé, en demi sous sol ce qui permet de garder une certaine fraîcheur ! La literie est confortable et la salle de bain top (mention spéciale au jacuzzi après de longues balades !) La mini terrasse est appréciable ! Le quartier est calme tout en disposant de tout à quelques pas : supermarché, petits commerces, multiples d’arrêt de bus (la meilleure façon de se déplacer depuis l’appartement pour les sites plus touristiques !)

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
