Vacation rentals with a patio in Civitella in Val di Chiana

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

Spareinlagen is always very positive, it's like being at home

Great location, right by the Duomo which is one of the most amazing features of the city. The apartment is on 2 levels with stairs, so may not be suitable for older visitors or kids but we had no trouble. The new AC worked well and the bed was really comfy, we slept so well. We enjoyed the outside terrace as the dome was so close. We had a great stay 👍🏻

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

The apartment was amazing! Very centrally located with a great terrace and stocked with everything you need and so many little extras! Being able to park at their farm made it super easy to get out and explore the area. You will not find better hosts than Leonie and Nico. They were super responsive and I really appreciated Leonie making all of our dinner reservations. The activities they recommended were the best! Especially a not to be missed experience at Caseificio Piu! This is a very special place and we will definitely be back.

Spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities. Beautiful terrace with superb view. Well located with just 50m walk to Main Street of Montepulciano. Dedicated parking was essential for those with a car. Host was very helpful and responded very quickly. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

It was a wonderful experience, Daniela the owner is a wonderful person, her sweet welcome made us feel at home. With her beautiful four-legged friends and her sweet horses, she made us appreciate the beautiful natural setting we were immersed in even more. A few minutes from the center of Arezzo and certainly a great location for those like us who love nature but also appreciate the historical and more touristy part of beautiful Arezzo. I would say a great combination of nature and history. Thanks to the availability and impeccable professionalism of Virginia who supported us throughout the stay, with kindness and punctuality. Definitely an unforgettable experience to be repeated even in spring when the landscape is transformed and the sunniest days will allow us to take walks and do other activities in the area. We visited family in san giovani vdo and wanted to stay nearby. Niccolo’s place was perfect. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us. We loved the outside patio. Beds all comfy-we slept very well. Bottle of wine to greet us was greatly appreciated. Shower good. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place and the setting is amazing. Highly recommend if you want to be a stone’s throw from all the major Tuscany villages and main cities with the Tuscany touch. Whatever you do or go. Take at least two days to enjoy this wonderful escape in a villa in the forest. You can hear the trees and birds comfort your soul.

Duddova is a small, very quiet place – ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view across the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and designed with a lot of love for detail – a real oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and attractions – a car is essential for this, however. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, quick and helpful. Unfortunately our stay was pretty short (2 nights only), but we loved it a lot and will definitely be back in the future. The house is on a beautiful ground with lots of vegetation and is handled by a caring owner. Inside it looked clean and everything needed was available. Can only recommend!

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this place. The rooftop balcony was amazing and had the best view of the Duomo. We loved spending our mornings and evenings sitting there. It was a nice location because it was a 15 minute walk to the Duomo so you could be in the heart of Florence quickly, but were able to be out in a quieter area when you wanted to get away. There was a very nice cafe near that we enjoyed coffee and pastries at every morning. Jonny and Michelle were very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. They even were able to accommodate an early check-in so we weren't stuck dragging around our luggage for hours. If we were back in the area, I would book again!

Deanna warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home in the heart of Florence. Communication with her was effortless throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and incredibly spacious for four people, with two separate bedrooms. The bed was absolutely divine! The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short walk from the train station and all of Florence’s iconic landmarks. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit. Grazie mille, Deanna!

We absolutely loved staying at Carolina’s place. Perched above the beautiful Tuscan valley, it was a dream come true. Each day we explored a new walking trails and usually landed in Greve. There were grocery shopped and enjoyed excellent cappuccino and gelato. We didn’t have a car and that allowed us to walk more and explore this beautiful area more deeply. No need to go elsewhere. (We used a service called Connecto that picked us up at the airport and brought us straight to Montefioralle. We also pre booked our return trip.) Carolina’s place was beautiful and clean, plus the kitchen was well out fitted for all the cooking we enjoyed. We hope to return next year. Thank you Carolina!
