Chiara's accommodation matches the description. It is clean and in a great location, very close to the tram stop that takes you to the train station in a few minutes and then to the city center. Apartment in a newly built and peaceful setting. Great parking available at the apartment. Chiara is a very kind and helpful host. Communication with her is excellent and she provides very useful tips on both restaurants and activities to do. Recommended!

Fantastic apartment with an amazing patio overlooking Siena. Would love to live in it! Cute view from the kitchen. Slight tobacco smell, in case that bothers guests, but highly recommend.

Andrea was a great host! Helped us settle in and explained how things worked. Recommended a few spots and was kind enough to move the checkin time. Overall, a very pleasant and efficient experience! Great for those who need to grab the train! Thank you again!

Latif is very friendly and was available. The location is excellent, the tram goes through the corner with a frequency of 5 min and in 10 minutes you are in the center. The private parking space is definitely a plus in a city like Florence. Recommended!

Guilia’s place was easy to find and she was able to accomodate early check in for us too. The house was squeaky clean and had everything available in the house. Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. We spent a long weekend at Agnese's apartment. Everything was fine. Clean, tidy. Beautiful. The communication with Agnese was very straightforward and she was always available for short-term questions. We highly recommend the apartment, and we would come back any time.

BOOK THIS PLACE! I have stayed at a ton of Airbnbs all over the world. This was one of my favorites. The views from all the windows can't be beat. The location is incredible! We had free parking only a few minutes walk away (up hill on the way there). The place was very large and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming villa in Tuscany! The view was stunning, and the location was perfect—an easy drive to Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. Emanuele met us at the villa upon check-in and gave us a thorough tour of the place. He just such a wonderful host!One of the highlights of our trip was the cooking class hosted by Emanuele and his sister Tammy, right in our villa. We learned to make ravioli, tagliatelle, delicious sauces, and tiramisu—it was such a special experience for our family. We stayed here with our three teenage daughters and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Our stay at Simone's home was great! Communication was excellent from the beginning, flexible check-in and very easy to find the house. The neighborhood is very nice and the bus station, bakery and food store are less than one minute walk from the house. Simone was very kind to inform us about a train problem that would affect our journey and helped us find a solution. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you again soon!

Excellent place, very convenient to enjoy Florence. Place is comfortable and peaceful; couldn’t have been better.

The accommodation is really very nice, clean, well-kept and with all the necessities you need. It is close to the center, with escalators it is about a 6-minute walk. Parking in front of the house is a bit busy but there is another parking lot next door, you can find a place to park. Francesco is a very kind and helpful person! Perfect for families or couples. I highly recommend it!

Francesca was very helpful and gave us very good tips on excursions and things to do in the area! House or accommodation was very cozy and we felt very comfortable! The only drawback was the bed with the mattress. The bed squeaked terribly and the shared mattress was very direct when someone turned! Good thing there was a sofa!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

House in a strategic location, very close to the station. The main monuments are easily and comfortably reached on foot, in any case the tram is very close. Being close to the station for the evening it is a little less convenient to take public transport or walk, but the stretch is walkable with a low-cost taxi. The house looks like the photos: very clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort, it seems to be in your own home. The host is great, friendly, helpful and offers great communication. I had a great stay, highly recommended
