Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Civitella in Val di Chiana

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Straight out of a dream or movie, Alessandra’s place is magical. The stunning property sits at the top of a hill and this residence with 3 floors has amazing views from every window. The terrace is the perfect place for meals. We liked that we hardly saw tourists in town but big enough for a couple of great restaurants and close to so many surrounding towns for day trips. We had an amazing cooking class on the property that Alessandra arranged in another picturesque large space with more views. I’ve been all over Italy and this was one of the best. We hope to be back!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

Consiglio questo appartamento per visitare la Val d'Orcia , l'appartamento è grande e pulito, vicino ci sono diversi negozi, inoltre l'host Francesca è molto disponibile

Fantastic location in beautiful Siena right by the escalators and close enough to walk to everything. The house was very comfortable, with adequate hot water, good ac/heat and comfy beds. Davide was very helpful in making a couple of dinner reservations for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and will gladly recommend this Airbnb to others!

Maison très agréable à vivre, extrêmement calme, avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimène. Elle est située de manière excellente, puisque en 30 à 60 minutes de voiture on est aussi bien à Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Sienne et tant de belles autres villes. Et, pour qui préférera se promener à pied ou en vélo, le tour du lac fait presque 60 km ! Last but not least, Sergio est très sympathique, plein d'attentions mais tout à la fois très discret, et en homme de culture il vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaiteriez. Pour une location au coeur de l'Ombrie et du sud toscan, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Annette et Michel

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Clara was an incredible host! She made us feel right at home, and the apartment was identical to the listing. My wife and I spent several hours on the terrace during our stay, enjoying the Tuscan weather, writing postcards, and drinking coffee. Could not have asked for a better stay in San Gimignano. If we are ever in the area again, we will surely reach out and try to book again!

Het was een geweldig appartement. Elly reageerde snel en was heel vriendelijk bij aankomst. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en was erg schoon. De inrichting past helemaal bij de stad. Op het terras kan je genieten van de zon en een prachtig uitzicht. Zeker het geld waard!

Our stay was clean and comfortable. Lovely apt, very clean, and very nice. The couple went above and beyond to make our stay special. Christina met us and showed us how everything worked in the apt, was very responsive if we had any questions and explained in detail where to find things. We were in a busy but quiet and safe part of town and never felt worried. Great experience and 5 stars! We will return when we come back to Florence!

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

Luca's place is just as described. It's in the heart of Florence and easy to get to everything from there, but still has some privacy. Currently the sandwich shops on the street are extremely popular, so lots of lines and activity there (probably thanks to social media!) but we were always out and about during the day so no worries at all. The view from the upstairs bedroom is outstanding. A private view of the Duomo that can not be beat, especially at nice. The place is clean and there are the basics there for cooking, etc. (although we ended up never cooking, but the coffee pots were very welcomed!). I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Easy to get to everything from there and if we need Luca he was responsive both before and after the trip. The place is spacious and we had room to spread out.

The location really couldn’t have been any better. Literally everything you would want in Florence is a pretty easy walk. I saw some earlier reviews that were complaining about a strange smell but he seems to have solved that issue, we were there 5 nights and didn’t notice anything. I will say that the stairs are no joke…if you are someone who will struggle with 4 stories of walking up stairs you should consider something else. It’s a 300 year old building so elevators were not part of the design. We had a lot of questions about local travel and local restaurants. Our host was very helpful and gave us some great suggestions. The view from the roof is fantastic so if you plan on a little downtime with a very pleasant spot to pass the time it would be perfect for you. The only minor complaint I would have is that you will not have control over the heating and AC. It is set at one temp and stays right there. Overall very good experience.

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location, so close to the Duomo and high street. The apartment had everything we needed and more, making our stay effortless. Super clean and the thoughtfully equipped. The hosts are outstanding, great at communicating and couldn’t do enough for us, even recommending local restaurants and checking in to make sure we were all settled. We stayed there with two little kids and it was perfect. We would totally recommend and will be staying here again. We have recommended to family and friends already!

Marcella's apartment was fantastic. It was located right next to Santa Croce square which was an ideal location for Florence attractions and lots of restaurants/bars - one of our favourite restaurants was directly across the street! The apartment was clean and well resourced. Marella was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

For oss fungerte det perfekt med Dan´s fine leillighet. Selv om det er mye trafikk i området opplevde vi det som veldig stille å fredelig. Vi fikk en fin frokost på den den store terassen. ( butikk ligger veldig nære) Kan varmt anbefale Dan `s sted og skulle ikke tvile med å komme tilbake ved neste tilfelle vi besøker Firenze

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

hote reactif et arrangeant. Les echanges étaient clair et nous avons eu de bon conseils de sorties. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre historique de Florence et la terrasse de l'appartement offre un point de vue magnifique du Duomo et du Palazzo Vecchio (très sympa pour y boire un verre de vin en fin de journée). je recommande !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le logement de Giussepina. L'appartement est très agréable, propre et confortable. Le quartier est paisible et plein de bonnes adresses. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et les bons conseils.

L'appartement de Lucio est encore plus beau en vrai que sur photos et surtout très propre. De belles prestations, lumineux, décoré avec goût, et de belles hauteurs sous plafond au rez-de-chaussée du duplex. Le calme est également très appréciable. Le balcon et la terrasse du haut offrent tous deux une belle vue sur l'un des palais Médicis. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Marco qui a toujours été très disponible. A 5 minutes à pied 2 supermarchés bien achalandés, quelques restaurants, pâtisseries, traiteurs et tea-rooms. A 2minutes de l'appartement se trouve également un arrêt de bus menant directement à la gare avec le 6B, notamment. Le trajet à pied le long du fleuve Arno est agréable.
