great place ,spanky clean apartments amd furniture also. just the climb from the main for a fwd car can be tricky so be careful not to burn your clutch there. but once youre there it just supercedes all your expectations.

Gurunathan always responds quickly to messages. His parents Lekshman and Lekshmi are sweet and kind, and they prepared typical Indian dishes for us upon request at a cheap price. Ramar, Lekshman's brother, was our trusted choffeur and has always helped us organize our days and was very comfortable getting around with him. They made us feel special, they treated us well, and we always felt safe. The house is located near the forest and has a breathtaking view of the tea plantations. You stay cool and hear the sound of nature. It's called Green Paradise and for us it was a corner of paradise in the green nature. Perfect for getting away from the chaos of cities, for mountain trekking, and visits to Munnar's botanical gardens. It's only 10 minutes from the city of Munnar, you can get around comfortably and economically in TukTuk with Ramar. Thank you so much for welcoming us so kindly and politely. We had a very pleasant stay. The place was neat and clean. We felt right at home, like we were visiting a relative. Uncle and aunty are very hard working, helpful and polite. My 80 year old grandma was travelling with us, so I'd requested that they keep a wiper and cleaning liquid in the bathroom in case we needed it...this request was accomodated. Uncle gave us great recommendations for veg restaurants, made us an itinerary for sightseeing around Munnar and also suggested shops near to the property where we bought dhavani, sarees and spices at very reasonable rates. Aunty cooked us idli and appam for breakfast and idichakka (jackfruit stir-fry sabzi) for dinner. Before reaching I'd enquired if I will get jackfruit halwa in Munnar; since that wasn't possible at the time, aunty cooked idichakka. Uncle showed us all the spice trees he could with the limited time we had as we didn't have enough time to see his spice garden. We had a taxi so getting around was easy.

Evan’s place was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Evan was courteous, polite and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The surroundings of the villa are calm and tranquil with fantastic views. The swing in front the house was a great way to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy the view. Would strongly recommend staying at this villa to others!
