A great host and a lovely place close to e rything including transportation. David was nice enough to accommodate my early checkin request. the place is great for 2 people with lots of light. He is proactive and provided us with everything we needed to know of his place and the surroundings. thanks.

l'appart était grand, avec une pièce avec un mur de vitre donnant sur le jardin, un peu froid pour être dehors mais grâce à cette pièce c'était parfait. beau jardin avec de la verdure, des fleurs, chaises et table. Belle rue tranquille, arboré, juste à côté du métro

Stunning place! The location was perfect for exploring notting hill and west London in general! The common space is beautiful and has so much natural light. The patio was perfect for fresh air. 10/10 experience!

Very new, lovely quiet apartment block with private secured parking. Ideal for Stansted Airport and right next to Harlow train station. Good price if you are splitting it 5 ways which we did. Only downside would be that it sleeps 6 but only seating for 4 at dining table and 4 at a push on sofa.

Thank Hillary for a great stay at the Happy Cottage! It was really nicely and thoughtfully furnished with lots of nice touches. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was really well equipped with all that you need for a lovely stay. The location is great; parking was easy and the walk into town very pleasant. Having just had a year of major surgeries this was exactly what I needed to aid my recovery. The location is perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay. The open land at the back of the property was great for the dog and I even managed a few short walks thanks to the thoughtful management of the area. We saw plenty of wildlife and heard lots of bird song. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

This home is stunning! Three floors, updated with an open floorplan (rare in England from what I’ve seen) that allows for conversation and gathering. Skylights are a nice touch. We really only rented this house for the night prior to an international flight so that we could be close to Heathrow- but I would have had no reservations with staying longer. Convenient to major roads, train, and a huge Sainsbury’s grocery (5 min walk). All essentials were provided with one exception. The housecleaning staff forgot to leave out enough towels, and I missed the ONE cabinet on the third floor where they were stowed away. It was a horrible surprise the morning of our flight and we all shared the two towels that we could find. (The host was responsive; had we not been rushing to get to the airport, I have full confidence they would have resolved the issue promptly… but we had to go!) Otherwise, dish detergent, bathroom essentials, and a tea were available. Comfy beds but pack earplugs (train!).

We stayed at Sara's while in town for a school graduation event. It was relatively easy to get Ubers anywhere we needed to go, even into London. Also walkable to Virgina Waters train station, which was a very easy train ride into London. The apartment was comfortable for our family. Large living space with a full kitchen and gorgeous backyard. Rooms and beds were comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean. Would definitely recommend.

The most perfect house for our girlie weekend away. Firstly the house, garden and driveway was GORGEOUS, exactly as it was in the photos. The house had everything we needed to host for 15 of us and everyone was comfortable. The location of the house was perfect. It took us less than 10 mins by taxi to get into town. Ronan recommended us using Chiltern taxis who were incredibly responsive. Ronan was incredibly responsive during the booking process and when we stayed at the house. The manual we received covered everything we could have possibly needed! This house deserves more than a 5* review. Thank you so much Ronan! I will for sure be recommending to any friends and family.

We loved our stay here. The balcony was so peaceful which made it a great place to start and end our day. The neighborhood is very quiet, four bodegas just down the street, nice park, and an awesome pub, the Carlton Tavern a few blocks away. The location to the underground made it super convenient to get anywhere. Yasar was great and met us at check-in to show us around.

매우 놀라운 숙소입니다. 여행을 완벽하게 만들었습니다. 나는 수다장이처럼 이야기 할수 뿐이 없습니다. 1. 위치 나의 긴여행의 첫번째 숙소는 런던의 중심부였습니다. 이것이 런던인가 했을때, 두번째 숙소에서 또다른 런던을 발견했습니다. 런던의 오래된 멋진 고풍의 건물들을 보고 전부라 생각했지만, 이곳은 런던의 새롭고, 신식의 고층 건물과 현대식건물들 런던의 미래를 볼수 있었습니다. 고층애서 바라본 매우 아름다운 런던뷰와 밤에 반짝이는 불빛이 매우 낭만적입니다 그리고, 전철은 바로 1분거리이어서 시내중심까지 15분에서 20분이면 갑니다 . 그리고, 1층에는 마트가 있어서 매우편리하게 장을 볼수 있습니다 2. 내부 모습 내부는 정말 넓고, 한가로우며 , 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 매우 안락하고 편안한 침대, 욕조가 있는 넓고 깨끗한 욕실 , 전자레지 에어프라이기, 식기건조기 등 최신식 시설을 다갖추고 있고, 모든 양념통과 맛나는 코코아까지 있습니다. 안정감 있고 매우 편리하며, 여행만족도을 높여주었습니다. 무엇보다 호스트는 최고입니다. 약간의 문제가 생겼을때, 너무나 안정적으로 일처리를 잘 해주었습니다. 능숙하고 평화로운 조력자입니다. 이 숙소는 여행을 즐겁게 해주기에 다없이 좋은 여행이었습니다 . 2정거장 가까운 까나리 와프에서 런던을 폭넓게 이해 할수 있었습니다.

Un superbe week-end prolongé chez Matthew. L’appartement est très beau, cosy, parfaitement bien situé dans un environnement calme et bien fréquenté. De bons petits restaurants à proximité et des monuments tout près: Buckingham, Westminster, Big Ben et Hyde Park accessibles à pied. L’appartement a tout ce qu’il faut d’utile, dernier étage sans aucun bruit, joliment décoré et une petite terrasse très agréable. Matthew a été très flexible sur notre horaire d’arrivée, on a pu laisser nos bagages en attendant notre train au retour. Un grand merci et à une prochaine fois. Sarah

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. Le logement de Luana fait partie des meilleurs que j'ai eu l'occasion d'occuper. Par ailleurs, l'environnement est très agréable et sa proximité avec la gare permet d'accéder à Londres très facilement et rapidement. Nous avons séjourné 5 jours et reviendrons avec plaisir.

We really enjoyed our stay. Scott was very responsive and greeted us when we arrived outlining all of the intricacies of the apartment. We would highly recommend staying here. Also, we had a very nice dinner in the O2 at Gaucho restaurant. The location is very walkable to the Underground and the Thame’s ferry.
