Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chiltern District

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, everything worked smoothly, and there were no issues at all. The space was immaculate and welcoming, just as described, and we loved how comfortable and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Communication with the host was great, with quick responses and clear instructions. You can even message the lovely owner personally who accommodated a late check out for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, close to key tring (5 min drive) yet delightfully peaceful for a relaxing getaway. From the cleanliness to the seamless check-in, every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay in Hastoe. We’d love to come back!

Sophie was an incredible host and met us on arrival to walk us through the property and explain everything in detail. We had to book at extremely short notice due to unforeseen circumstances with our original booking. Sophie managed to fit us in perfectly between existing bookings and we're so grateful for this! The property is absolutely stunning with a gorgeous private garden. The beds were super-comfy and the accommodation was spotless, I only wish we'd found this property first! What a beautiful place to stay for a few days in the Cotswolds. We loved every detail. It was nice to be in a quieter town rather than right in the middle of the touristy areas. The house was so stunning and a cute place to gather on holiday with my parents. The only thing to note is that the stairs are steep, so my elderly father had a little bit of a hard time getting up and down but it was no problem, just something to consider! Thanks so much, we had a wonderful time.

We had a fantastic time at Jasmine Cottage, it was characterful and cosy with everything we needed for our stay. The garden was a real bonus and meant our daughter could play freely while we had a glass of wine in the sun. Location couldn’t be better, a 5min stroll from the centre of Bourton, perfect.

A lovely cottage in peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and eating area is lovely for a family supper and if the weather is nice there is a table in the garden as well. There is a small snug by the fireplace ideal for four people to relax after a busy day and the bedrooms are large and spacious. We had a very comfortable stay and felt truly relaxed when we left. Lovely.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and exceeded expectations. It is decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds are both a good size and beds very comfortable. We all slept well. Some people have commented on noise from the road, yes you can hear the traffic but it did not bother us through the night. The garden is enclosed and perfect for eating out in. If you don't want to cook a meal I would recommend the three Crowns just a 5 minute walk up the road. There is also an Indian restaurant a 4 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive to messages. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Dairy to celebrate a special 40th birthday and it exceeded all our expectations. Miranda was a fantastic host, went above and beyond with local recommendations and clear instructions, and the flexible checkout was a much-appreciated bonus! The Old Dairy is a stunning property with lots of great touches and is finished to a high standard - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We also very much enjoyed the daily visit from the 2 lovable labradors!

Fantastic location in a peaceful Notting Hill neighborhood. Very close to restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. Would gladly stay again.

Richard is a warm, welcoming host with very helpful information about the local area. The flat is perfectly situated for exploring the city centre, 5 minute walk from the major sights, shower is great. The flat has everything you would need for a short stay. Winchester is a true gem, we will definitely be back!

Sai’s place is great. It’s comfortable, cosy, with everything you need for a good stay. It’s nice and quiet there, but nevertheless it’s brilliantly located close to local shops, restaurants and buses that will easily get you to the tube, or to Watford. It’s no problem to get to central London or to the Warner Bros Harry Potter experience. Sai’s a great host. Responsive, helpful and honest. He was really quick to ensure he returned items that we mistakenly left in the property when we left. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d do do again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

Little Rock was the perfect place for our group of family and friends to socialise and relax. The building is modern and in great condition. I'd highly recommend this for large groups or families who want peace and serenity, with all the comforts of home.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

This property is beautiful. It’s immaculately clean and it was a pleasure to stay in.

This is second time we’ve stayed on Lower Mill Estate as it has great onsite facilities, so nice not to go too far with the little ones. We did the Cotswold Wildlife Park, it is a 30 minute drive but well worth it. Also Emerald Thai in Cirencester was delicious. The house itself had everything as described on the listing, lovely views over the lake and was enough space downstairs for 10 adults and 4 little ones. Two of the double rooms are on smaller side so wouldn’t recommend if you need space for a few travel cots. On the first morning a few of us had cold showers as hot water wasn’t on, but we figured it out waited half an hour and all was ok. We reported this along with one of double bed had broken slats which wasn’t ideal, but appreciate nothing could be done at the time. The contact was very apologetic about this and it didn’t hinder our stay. Thank you

We had an amazing experience at Pauline house. The house is huge and could accomodate our extended family of 13 people for the weekend. The house has all the amenities required for your stay as this is the house they live in. The garden is wonderful and provided lots of spaces for my children to play cricket and football. It is very well located as the high street is just a few minutes walk away. Pauline was very responsive with my queries before our visit and her son was in the summer house during our stay and was able to address all the questions we had. We had a memorable experience celebrating our 40th birthday with our family and I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a wonderful house to stay in Sevenoaks.
