Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

The Guest Cottage at Priory Barn, Alvescot

Beautiful bright self-contained one bed cottage with double bed, fully equipped shower room, fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine/ dishwasher) dining table and chairs. Sitting room has large comfy sofa with TV. Tea, coffee, milk, internet, light breakfast provided There are a number delicious local takeaways who will deliver to this location. Also the local pub provide a collection service from their Covid menu (5 min walk).

You'll enjoy being positioned in a peaceful and scenic position near the River Cam. Our space is full of character with modern comforts for relaxing. The little guest “Steddle” sits on traditional steddle stones in our garden. It has a double bed and ensuite bathroom and is suitable for a couple looking to stay in the beautiful South Downs National Park area. Close to Midhurst for Cowdray Polo or Goodwood for racing, Festival of Speed or Goodwood Revival. Self contained with parking.
