Great! Here’s a revised version of the review with the host’s name included: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had such a lovely stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Matt was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. He made everything so easy, from check-in to local tips. We really appreciated the extra touches that made the space feel welcoming. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again—thanks so much, Matt!

Countryside Retreat with hot tub

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. Thank you Phoebe and Chris for a fabulous stay in your beautiful home and for all the help you gave us from organising taxis to guidance to and from Blenheim Palace we are so grateful.

Jane and her husband what lovely, attentive and responsive hosts who made us feel welcome and at home for the weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and felt so cosy, there is ample parking, and - there's chickens! We even received some homegrown eggs as a leaving gift. Highly recommend!

A spacious & stylish retreat, ideal for long stays

BenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was our second stay at Little Barn, and it was just as sweet as the first! It's perfect for working away from home - a cosy retreat with plenty of space and good furnishings. You feel nicely secluded in the country, but there's plenty in Thame, Haddenham and beyond. Julia and Jonathan are fantastic hosts. We're already dreaming of our next visit!

We absolutely loved staying at Penelope’s Coach House. It has been beautifully designed and decorated and every room has all one needs. The house is in a very quiet location and there are wonderful walks in the area as well as a fantastic pub with delicious food and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to everyone.
