I recently had the pleasure of staying at V's through Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, V was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend notifying her of your arrival time; it allows her to prepare everything perfectly. Upon entering, we were greeted by a delightful assortment of thoughtful touches that made our stay feel uniquely special. V had arranged a delightful spread of personalized breakfast items upon request, featuring artisan breads, jams, butter, and even delicious chocolates and a cake waiting for us. The warm ambiance, enhanced by soft music and gentle lighting, instantly made us feel at home. V's interior decor is truly one of a kind, reflecting her fantastic personality and talent for design. This was a real treat of a stay - we used to live here! Our first home together, over 35 years ago … obviously some changes to the home since then. I loved the relaxed comfortable vibe, and all the interesting items throughout. My husband was recalling times when he lived here with family, it was a real memory lane surprise for him. Julia was a very easy host to book with, leaving us a lovely card, flowers and treats for our anniversary stay. We didn’t venture far as only live a 20 minute walk away but can recommend the property for easy access to lots of local places to explore. Thank you Julia for making this such a lovely stay - highly recommended .

The cottage is full of character and has a real feel of home. The large kitchen with a range provided an ideal place for us all to gather. Sally-Anne made everything as easy as possible. She was there to welcome us and show us round and there to see us off. She was accommodating in every way. Communication was easy and efficient. The house is a perfect distance from Stratton Court Barn, a wedding venue. The house was warm and comfortable.

I booked Marilyn's apartment for my family who were visiting Berkhamsted for the weekend. Marilyn was very quick to respond to any questions I had before their stay, and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly when they arrived. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It's in a great location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on the High St. Marilyn provided milk, bread and cereal for breakfast which is a lovely touch. I would definitely book this apartment again and would recommend to anyone visiting Berkhamsted. Thanks Marilyn!

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

Alex has a great place for anyone who needs an affordable place to stay short term for work commitments. I work HS2 when stayed and he made sure he was accessible first day and kept himself to himself for my privacy when he was there. He made sure bedroom and facilities were clean when I arrived and I would not have been able to find cheaper accommodation last minute for what I needed. Anyone working HS2 or something similar and wants short term or even somewhere until can secure with their company. I recommend highly if you need a bed to sleep ready for work at a very affordable price. I would stay again in the future if needed and Alex had the room available.

Lovely accommodation and very friendly host. Easy walk down hill into town where there is everything you might need; The Rex (fantastic cinema), great pubs and restaurants, plus a Waitrose for stuff you forgot!

Adam is a good host , providing the personal space that you need. Apartment is situated in a nice location close to canal and park , while with a walkable distance to a small center closely where you can find a supermarket and a few shops. The Mk center is also within 30 mins walking distance.

The studio delivered on all accounts. It was well appointed with quality furniture and bed which helped us relax and have a good nights sleep. A tasty breakfast was provided which included free range eggs from Yvonne’s chickens. It’s in a quiet location with easy access to the surrounding areas. We would highly recommend. Yvonne was the perfect host.

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Lovely modern accommodation in a quiet location. suited my requirements perfectly.

Christine was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to provide us with a comfortable stay. We had our 8 week old and Christine was very caring and helped us with extra things. The bedroom is more of a huge suite! Super king bed, a gorgeous sitting area and views out the large windows. All linen and towels were spotless. The high point was having a delicious breakfast in the 18th century dining hall. Organic local produce which was delicious. Very well located with the Shepherds Hut pub nearby for great food (15 min walk). My wife and I would love to come back one day! Thank you Christine 🙏🏻

I had a very pleasant stay, David's place is bright and airy but cosy at the same time. Great breakfast and lovely hosts.

We had a lovely stay in Avril’s place. Avril was a wonderful host - communicative, friendly and flexible with check in and out times. We appreciated touches like nespresso pods, tea and The White Company products in the bathrooms. This was a great location to stay in if you want to be close to Tring or the Pendley Manor Hotel. We were staying for a wedding being held at the hotel and were less than a 5 minute drive from both. Avril helpfully recommended a taxi service which we used multiple times. Highly recommend!

Really nice family and just what i needed for the night, so i didn't have to get up at a ridiculous time for a training course the next day. Thanks for a good nights stay.

I had a lovely stay at Kathy's! The bedroom is very cosy and clean and the bed is really comfortable. The house is situated in lovely surroundings with canals and lots of greenery where you can go for walks. Kathy is a very nice and welcoming host. I will definitely come back. Thank you for everything Kathy !
