Cozy, authentic studio with unique charm

Unusual studio close to the historic center of Périgueux, in an old building full of charm. A stone's throw from the cathedral, restaurants and the market, with an outdoor area. The accommodation, located below, offers a fresh and authentic atmosphere in a stone setting. The accommodation is for 2 people only; parties and events are prohibited. Pets allowed. Due to the steps and the atypical layout, the accommodation is not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.

Nous sommes très contents d'avoir réalise une nouvelle cabane au Domaine de Lalande-Laborie, tout proche de Montignac-Lascaux et ses fameuses grottes. Vous apprécieriez notre Cabane pour sa belle vue sur les forets et les prés et son intérieur tout confort et très accueillant ! La Cabane est climatisée et chauffée. Une vaste terrasse très agréable sur laquelle vous pourrez prendre votre apéritif & petit déjeuner, tout en contemplant la nature (milans, chevreuils, écureuils).

Building in local stone, 2 bedrooms (note that access to the bedrooms is below and is via a small staircase with three steps) + sofa bed, recently renovated with a terrace, ideal for a family or 2 couples.

Dry toilet outside as well as a jacuzzi (seasonal) and various spaces dedicated to relaxation.
