I sincerely thank Ludovic for his welcome, availability, and advice for grocery stores and restaurants. Especially for a holiday like 01/01/25 he was there. The place is spotless. I was with my two little children, it was perfect in the heart of Sarlat city center. I would highly recommend it. You can trust Ludovic. Another very positive point: there is a garage. Thanks to Ludovic for his kindness which allowed us to have a really pleasant stay. The listing really matches the place. It was really handy to stay here and catch up on my laundry. It’s next to a bar, so on weekends expect a little bit of locals having fun. The house is clean and tidy, and nicely finished.

Matthieu's apartment was exactly as in the online photos. The location is easily walkable to the city center and close to the train station. Matthieu is very friendly and eager to share his wealth of knowledge about local restaurants and sites to visit nearby. He was very responsive to a concern we had, addressed it immediately and communicated in person to his next steps. We would definitely return.

Nice old house tastefully renovated, opens to a small garden. Space, calm, light, equipment, it really has it all! The location, in a residential area, is ideal for walking to the center of Périgueux, the cathedral, the market, etc. Very easy street parking. Excellent week at Mathieu's. I recommend it without hesitating!

Already a great welcome! Very well equipped accommodation. We were able to have lunch under the shaded pergola in the garden. Jérôme is very responsive and gave us plenty of useful information. We warmly recommend it.

We had a great time with the family at the Dryer where nothing was missing. We were able to enjoy all our meals outdoors thanks to the covered terrace. The pétanque court is perfect as well as the heated pool. We were hosted very well. We'll be happy to go back!

A superb stay in a little piece of paradise in the heart of nature. A cozy apartment with all comfort and impeccable cleanliness. We appreciated the generous touches for the CEO or snack (madeleines, various cakes, sweets...). Lucia is a lovely and attentive person.

Excellent stay in this pleasant Cocon sarladais, making it easy to visit Sarlat, and its region rich in beautiful discoveries, on foot by its location, or by car thanks to its essential parking. The terrace allows quiet rest, and the comfortable apartment is very well-equipped. We recommend it without hesitating.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Amazing place to stay!! This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Périgueux. Sophie, my fantastic host, is friendly and incredibly helpful. The flat is so comfortable, the shower is fantastic and the kitchen is set up quite well for cooking my local market finds! Walkable to everything, and parking is incredibly easy - even though we’re in the city center!! Another huge plus? Trash and recycling bins are right across the street. Super easy to take your trash, compost and recycling out each time you go out to explore Périgueux!! The Palais is the best place to stay in Périgueux, hands down.

Had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of Sarlat. Clean comfortable and well equipped apartment, maggie always on hand for information. All English channels on TV. Lovely small balcony to have breakfast, which smelt beautifully from the jasmine, Wine in the fridge on arrival very much appreciated. All in all a fab apartment which I would recommend.

We really enjoyed the accommodation, spacious, pleasant and very clean. There's nothing missing! The calm is appreciable, the bedding is very good, and the house is very well-equipped. Sarlat is very close, not to mention all the other magical places to visit, a great stay, thank you!
