Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Central California

Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

We had a fabulous stay in Sonoma for a family get away. Samantha's place was in a perfect location, walking distance to the square with plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops and also close to the grocery store. The beds were super comfy and the place was very clean and spacious with all of the amenities. Parking was also very convenient in the back lot. We would definitely stay here again for another trip to Sonoma. Thank you, Samantha.

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

good location, only a few short minutes from downtown, though slightly far from the east San Jose scene (15 min drive). felt safe with the gated parking spot. inside amenities were basic, mostly well used pots/pans, dishware, silverware, 2 cutting boards, no peeler, though was surprised to find a brand new hexclad wok in the mix. couch is a bit small for an adult to sleep on, but fine if you have a young kid. also very convenient with the washer/dryer combo in the unit.

I really liked Gigi’s place, the location was very convenient for us. I loved that she provide enough towels. The apartment was very clean. Beds are very confortable. The area was safe and secure. The kitchen had plenty utensiles. We definitely book Gigi’s place whenever we go back. She was very responsive whenever i texted her. Thank you Gigi💖🙏

Easy quick stay on our way through town. The main bedroom bed was super comfortable. We were only there for 8 hrs, but it was an excellent stay

This place is perfect for staying near downtown with list of great restaurants and venues. Eugene is a superb host he was super responsive and friendly he even accommodated and early check in for my friends and I thank you Eugene! Definitely will be looking to stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. We felt so at home and would absolutely love to come back. Thank you again, Mariam, for such a lovely experience!

I’d have to say I was a little nervous about staying in an ADU but Sushil just kept to himself and allowed us to come in and out hassle free and that helped me feel more comfortable. Check in was easy once I followed the instructions carefully. I highly recommend a stay at this AB&B to all. We definitely will look him up if we are in the area again. Thanks Sushil!

Jason’s home is a wonderful place to stay! The house is in a great location, you’re walking distance or a very short drive to numerous restaurants, food spots and other points of interests. Plus it’s also short drive or uber to get into the city. I’d highly recommend staying in Jason’s home and would definitely book another stay!

The beach was amazing, especially being able to walk out the door and only take a few steps to get there. The snack shop is limited but had some staples so it was definitely nice to bring some easy meals and we cooked most of them there. My had some basics there that made cooking easier (salt, oil, etc). Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own full bed. Stay here - great deal for a clean space.

Beautiful location with multi-million dollar homes at the top of the same street, very private corner unit with wicked views, amazing private hot tub on deck, and the fireplace is superb! Unfortunately it was not very clean upon arrival. Joy quickly offered to have cleaning crew come and refunded me the cleaning fee without question, so that was nice.

Very nice space, good location, I couldn’t find how to check in but it was just in my text messages, and when I reached out to Kevin he was quick to respond and unlock the front door!

We had an amazing stay at Simone & Claudia’s cabin in Mammoth. The place was in a very convenient location both close to town as well as to Mammoth Mountain Resort. It was easy to find parking. We even used the nearby BBQ for a delicious dinner. Simone & Claudia responded quickly and worked with us for our request. They were great hosts and we really enjoyed our time there!

The apartment is more beautiful in person than in pictures. It’s super spacious, comfortable, and has very nice views. We loved it and highly recommend it! You do have to go up a lot of stairs, just sharing in case that is a problem.
