Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Central California

We were a group of five ladies on a girls trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Julieta’s home is exactly as described and photographs are accurate. Lots of space for us to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Home was very clean and kitchen well stocked .Enjoyed the fantastic views sitting on the deck as well as from the living room and kitchen . The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed the amenities right at the bottom of the hill, including coffee shops, and restaurants and is walkable for those that are in good shape.

The home is updated and beautiful, the deck and porch are gorgeous. Jeff and Gina were extremely responsive , helpful and kind.

Absolutely incredible cabin! Kids and adults felt right at home. Incredible style and attention to detail. This cabin will exceed anyone’s expectations! The views are breathtaking and I just can’t say enough wonderful things about it! 10 out of 10 stars!

Views, views,views. William’s home was everything we expected and some. Great quiet and tranquil location. Definitely what we were looking for during Thanksgiving. This was the perfect amount of space for the amount of guests we had and not to mention the amount of bathrooms available. We were fortunate that the snow fall had stopped during our stay and all we had was fresh powder to enjoy with the kids. Williams place also has a lot of activities for the kids to keep them entertained. The living area along with the kitchen was extremely spacious making us all feel comfortable and at home. William was always available for questions and helped us with getting in. I highly recommend his location. Next time we’re in Kirkwood, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Cozy little condo, perfect for my husband and I. Open layout and perfect views, our dog was welcomed by the hosts and she loved laying down and watching the skiers come down the mountain. Will absolutely recommend this spot to other guests and look forward to staying again.

We had a great stay! Host was very communicative and friendly. The home met all our needs and was walkable from Canyon lodge.

Troy’s place was really great for a birthday ski weekend with my 7 friends, we had ample beds, a hot tub, and a really quick drive to heavenly resort in the mornings. Would definitely stay there again.

Masha was a great host - extremely responsive, proactive, and welcoming! The location of this place is incredible, just a short 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. The home is clean and renovated, but the building has seen better days. The space is perfect for 2 and there's plenty of board games to play while staying in. A great mountain getaway for us and would definitely come back!

Awesome place, so close to Eagle and great for a ski trip!

Brian's condo was perfect for our quick getaway to Mammoth for some spring snowboarding. You can walk to Canyon lodge in about 10 mins and avoid parking at the lodge which can be challenging sometimes. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well appointed and would be great for cooking meals (although we ate out the whole time). Brian was easy to communicate with and the checkin process was super smooth. Great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay with our family of 5! A little tight with 3 kids but totally doable and definitely a great find if on a budget. The layout is comfortable and makes good use of the space. Condo was clean and appeared well maintained. Beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the kids liked the murphy bed way better than the usual sofa bed. Proximity to canyon lodge was the best part- walk took about 8 mins door to door with gear. Ski locker in hallway was a plus as were the community hut tubs. Farrah was an excellent host- got in touch to make sure all was good with check in and check out- and responded so quickly to messages! We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but if we had I can imagine she would have responded super promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for two dad’s trying to get some slope time in. Easy walk to stagecoach lift for a reasonable price. How could I complain? The place was well decorated and have every amenity you really need, even a cozy fireplace. Would stay again without question. If you are a pillow aficionado like I am maybe consider bringing your own, but I’m sure they’re satisfactory for most people.

Masha was very responsive and so helpful! The check out list she sends is great as well as all of the recommendations!! Place was beautiful and just as described! Walking distance to Canyon Lodge which was a huge bonus! We walked back to have lunch there and rest before heading back out to the slopes. Enjoyed the jacuzzi while we were there. This is a very comfortable condo just a minute's drive from the ski lift. The view of Lake Tahoe is glorious! The master bathroom (downstairs) is spacious, the other bedrooms smartly laid out to accomodate everyone, nice bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, and lots of towels. Bill and Ashley helped us figure out our ski plans and other considerations. We didn't try the hot tub (across the street). I would happily stay here again.

A very cozy place with a well equipped kitchen. We were there during a big snow dump, and there was a person there to plow the driveway and shovel, which was appreciated. We enjoyed coming home after skiing and making dinner and hanging out with the wood stove going. The King bed in the master was great.

Mary Beth was a great host and her place was top notch! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in a large group and looking to ski or snowboard as the mountain is walking distance from the condo. Thanks Mary Beth for providing a wonderful place to vacation in Mammoth!

This place is perfect for a group of friends! It's a quick walk to Eagle Lodge or the free green line shuttle has a stop right outside. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basic necessities and beds and bathrooms were very clean. Relaxing in the living room with a fire was lovely after a day of skiing. :-)

My family and I loved our stay at Amie's listing! she was very accommodating and was extremely responsive. She has reminders throughout the home of the instructions given on the AirBnB app. The home itself was beautiful and the area was so peaceful. Thank you for everything Amie!

The cabin was just awesome - clean and comfortable. Nancy was helpful and responsive. We had a very pleasant stay out there!

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Families! I can’t recommend Katia’s place enough! Our family of four (two adults, two kids) had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of skiing. The layout is ideal for two families, with plenty of space and bathrooms to ensure comfort for everyone. A bonus TV in the downstairs game room was great—kids could watch their shows while we relaxed upstairs. The Xbox with a solid game collection (we had fun playing FIFA!) was a huge hit. They also have a classical guitar in great shape, which was fun to play. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook fresh meals, and there’s ample storage for coolers and bags, making organization effortless. Katia was a fantastic host—friendly, accommodating, and flexible, even allowing us to check in early when the kids needed rest. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! We appreciated all the amenities and the space was cozy yet spacious. It is a quiet neighborhood as well. The only gripe was the wifi connection - it did not connect very well for most of the trip. I would not bank on doing work here if you need to. Hosts were responsive and very helpful with our parking situation.
