Luxury rentals in Central California

Ingrid’s place is awesome. A superb luxury home with all the trimmings and then some. Layout of the house is perfect with living space on lower two floors and sleeping on upper two. All the tech works seamlessly and furnishings are all top end. Atmosphere both in and out of the house is warm, inviting and luxurious. The garden space is large for a city home. The roof terrace has one of the best views in the city too! Cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely stay again!

Jacky was an amazing host and the house was lovely! We booked it for three nights and enjoyed our stay. We hosted a friends get-together in the city, and the location was convenient for everyone to get to. There was ample street parking and it was a safe area. It comfortably fit 25 people without a problem (and of course, it comfortably slept the three people who stayed there, myself included!) One thing that's important when throwing gatherings is the ability to have music. While it's usually a nightmare to connect to a full sound system, Jacky set this one up so all I had to do was connect it to the Whole House using Airplay on my phone, and instantly the vibes were set. This is HUGE for me as a gathering host. The pictures are a little different from what it actually is because I think some of the furniture is updated from when they last took photos. But that being said, I greatly preferred the furniture they have now compared to the actual photos from Airbnb. Finally, the house got so many compliments and at least four people said they wish they could buy the house itself. That's how tastefully decorated it is and how lovely the house overall is. We'd gladly book with Jacky again!

The space was incredible. As you’re driving up to the home, it seems unassuming, but the instant you step out of the car and take in the surroundings, you realize you’ve arrived somewhere special. The moment we walked through the doors, the view of the back, with a clear site through what looks like the center of mountain with its rolling hills covered in trees and vineyards. You’re transported to a very magical and special place. The 3 days we stayed at Sunset View was not enough. I’d like to add that Lorna, who was my contact for any issues or concerns with the home was beyond excellent in her attention. The day before we left we asked if we could pay for a late checkout and she very kindly reached out to housekeeping and gave us a late checkout of 1:00 PM at no charge. I will DEFINITELY be staying here again! Thank you to everyone at Beautiful Places, you all were wonderful.

Words do not begin to describe how much we enjoyed staying at Peace House. It was an incredible experience! To comfortably house 11 friends and family in one place of this caliber was amazing. The kitchen and dining area was equally exceptional for hosting a chef (Chef Deniz Setzer) and a graduation celebration. We didn't have to rent a single glass, plate or fork. The house manager went out of her way to let us tour the home in advance for planning and was very flexible with check in and out. They even provide fresh flowers in all the rooms. The little things matter and far exceeded! Last but far from least, the whole home is literally a museum of pristine art and unique decor with comfortable sitting areas that in parallel make you feel at home. We didn't want to leave!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The views from all the balconies were absolutely stunning, and we even got surprise visits from deer, owls, and hummingbirds, which was such a treat! Just a heads up... there are quite a few stairs around the property, even on the first floor, and some steep areas leading to the courtyard, so that might be something to consider if you're traveling with elderly guests or anyone with mobility concerns. We had a small hiccup getting in at first with the door code, but the host was super quick to respond and got us sorted right away. The hot tub jets were a little tricky, but everything else was smooth and comfortable. We especially loved the banquet-style dining room, it fit all 10 of us perfectly. The peaceful, private location with ocean views made it all worth it. Highly recommend!

This home was absolutely perfect for our group. It seemed larger than it looks in the photos. There is so much space to spread out and everything is beautiful.

This is a wonderful villa surrounded by a vinyard. We loved our stay. The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated. Everything is one hundred precent perfect. Absolutely first class.

What a beautiful and serene place...I felt like I was living in a postcard. It was so quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for an environment surrounded by nature, this is the place for you. This place is so magical, your own little private retreat. I would definitely book with Edward again. He was proactive in ensuring that I was all set up and prepared for my stay and his team was available whenever I had a question. If you are looking for a special place, this is it!
