If you are looking for a spacious house, quiet neighborhood (stayed during the week) and a great location then this is the house for you! The views from the dining room and kitchen are spectacular. You are only a short walk from the beach and downtown area. Kate was easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. This place was perfect for our four night stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The property is stunning—pristine, beautifully maintained, and designed with thoughtful use of space and amenities. Every detail has been carefully considered, making for an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and felt warm and inviting. The host was fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and truly dedicated to ensuring a top-notch guest experience. They even provided thoughtful extras like sand toys for kids, beach chairs, and beach towels, making our time by the ocean even more enjoyable. This is my favorite beach in California, and I visit several times a year. Without a doubt, I will be booking with this company again! If you’re looking for a relaxing and seamless stay at this beautiful destination, I highly recommend it.

Very nice location. Capitola Village is wonderful - beautiful, walkable, excellent dining. Right in the middle of Santa Cruz County. Anything and everything you could wish to do in a California surf town is right there for you to explore and enjoy.

My family and dog stayed at Jeremy’s house for 5 days and loved every minute. The house is very spacious and airy, super well-maintained with lots of room to relax and enjoy. The front and back yards are big and perfect for a dog and kids. Everything you’d need is covered, from outdoor shower to a handy pooper scooper and toys for the dog. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet only 3 minutes walk to great burgers, pizza or Mexican food. And only 8 minute walk to The Hook or 38th Ave for surfing or beach. 5 minute drive or an easy bike ride to downtown Capitola. Jeremy was a fantastic host, always asking if we needed anything. Will definitely visit again!

What a great place! We enjoyed the super comfortable bed and linens. The place had all the amenities you could want. It’s walkable to downtown Paso (a few blocks). We will absolutely consider coming back again!

This was our second time staying here. The Airbnb is super comfortable, well set up, and exactly what we need when visiting Berkeley. Kelly is very responsive and helpful and settling in was so easy. We will definitely be back next time we are in the Bay Area!

A very comfortable, clean private place in a safe neighborhood. Nita was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

When I look for an AirBNB, my priorities are always 1) Privacy 2) Outdoor space with BBQ 2) Hot Tub. Kylee's place was perfect. We cooked fresh local fish and oysters on the BBQ and my husband enjoyed the hot tub every morning. In addition, we purchased some firewood and enjoyed each other's company around the awesome firepit. Kylee was always quick to respond. Everything in her place worked great. It was so clean, so cute-ly decorated and the beds were all very comfortable. Five stars all around.

This gorgeous one-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully well equipped and excellently located for anyone going to Yosemite. Laurie is a fabulous host: from the welcome-bouquet of wildflowers to the knowledgeable hiking advice, she made my stay a pleasure. The view of the treetops is serene and the silence golden. Highly, highly recommended!

Charming riverside spot just steps from restaurants and coffee shops. Perfectly located! Feels like a hidden retreat right in the heart of everything. Perfect spot to stay for a SNP visit!
