Mary’s condo was perfect- in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the action. Plenty of room, comfy, and clean. The beds were super comfortable- I slept so well! Mary was easy to communicate with- she responded right away. All in all, her place was the perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and cozy and the location was perfect for spring skiing, with quick access to shops and food and a short drive up to Mammoth Main lodge. We arrived super late at night and check-in was super easy. The private spa and washer and dryer in unit were a great bonus! We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Yuhui's place was exactly as it was described - small, peaceful and comfortable. The unit does share a wall with the garage and/or laundry room so there is a bit of noise if anyone is coming/going through the garage or doing laundry, but it was very minimal noise. While there is only a microwave, mini fridge and Nespresso machine, Yuhui provides a thoughtful selection of glasses, plates and cutlery so you have everything you need for take-out!

Really great space for a family to spread out while visiting the Bay area! we drove in to San Fran several times rather than tackle the ferry with two little kids, but it was easy to get to and from this house!

Quiet apartment spacious enough for a family of five with three teenagers. Easy to get in and out and convenient parking. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you need. Kim was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Santana Row was decorated beautifully for the holidays, which made a lovely extended stay. Thank you Kim.

My wife and I stayed with our toddler and my mom. It was plenty of room plus the king size bed was big enough for two adults and one kid. We loved the place and Mary Ann was very accommodating.

From the moment we walked in, we could tell this place was something special. It’s incredibly spacious—perfect for bringing together family and friends, with more than enough room for everyone and all our gear. But what really stood out was the quality and care put into every detail. The condo feels less like a rental and more like someone’s well-loved home—warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The views from the back deck are breathtaking. We spent mornings sipping coffee while watching deer wander by, and evenings just soaking in the peace and beauty of the surrounding mountains. Inside, the kitchen was impressively well-stocked, and the linens were top quality—so soft and cozy, we felt pampered. Everything was spotless and serene, and the fireplace was the heart of it all—glowing warmth that made the whole space feel even more magical. The location is pretty close to the slopes, ( though they were closed for the season we still got a good look) a quick drive to lakes/hikes.

Treehouse on 5th was a fantastic place to stay! The home was beautifully designed, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It felt welcoming and thoughtfully put together—perfect for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore Sacramento. The space was both stylish and functional, and we really appreciated how accommodating everything was. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot in the area!

I stayed here with a few of my bridesmaids while looking for a wholesome weekend getaway near Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea, and this place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The home is nestled in a beautiful, private community that felt safe, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding and bonding before the big day. The views from the property were absolutely stunning. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, the scenery was breathtaking and added such a magical touch to our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. We also loved how easy it was to get around. Whether we were exploring charming shops and restaurants in Carmel-by-the-Sea or spending time along the coast in Monterey, everything was conveniently close and accessible. This spot was ideal for creating special memories, and I would absolutely recommend it.

Clean, sleek place that’s not too far from shopping and restaurants. Host was communicative and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Good option for Sequoia national park if you look for some good restaurants nearby at night.

This is a beautiful, well thought-out house. We were in awe at how the color black could be used so elegantly inside a house. The location is a little off track from Yosemite to Lake Tahoe, but not too much and well worth it. The place is very comfortable and makes you feel at home easily.

The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of clean towels were in a cupboard. The washer, dryer, stove, fridge, microwave were all of good quality. A lovely home away from home.

This unit was perfect for our group of 3 adults looking to unwind in Paso for a couple days. Very clean and spacious. We were able to walk to the main downtown area as well as several others places within a couple blocks of the unit. Specifically the “Paso Market Walk” is just around the corner and has several great food and drink options. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, comfortable bed and good kitchen. The little patio was great for the dog and it was nice and quiet. Definitely recommend.

Great views of the bay, and close to town with great shops and restaurants. The place worked out well with our 2 little dogs- we appreciated the fenced-in back yard. There’s a nice little park to walk them to down the street with beautiful views of the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I was impressed with how well stocked the unit was. Extra towels, blankets, lots of kitchen supplies. I could tell that a lot of thought went into making the unit comfortable for guests. I would definitely stay here again the next time we travel to the area.

The place was amazing. It was a minute walk away from Canyon Lodge which was super nice and all the trees were super peaceful. Robert was super responsive to all our questions and gave great suggestions for parking (we had more than 2 cars) and other things. There are only 2 beds, and the sofa beds are just sofas not pull out beds, but we made it work. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The entire place was super clean and organized which I loved and felt right at home in.

Perfect in every way. We are a family of four living in Hawaii and our oldest is just completing his first year at Cal Poly. This beautiful townhouse in Avila Beach gave him a break from the dorms (a quick 15 min commute) and a chance for us to reconnect as a family. I love to cook and the kitchen was a pure joy to spend time in. The terraces were lovely and we all had space to spread out when we had work or studying to do. We accessed the nearby Bob Jones trail for daily runs and explored other local sites for a perfect mix of activity and relaxation. Having two parking spots (garage and driveway) was also helpful when the beach got busy on the weekend, even though street parking was free and ample at all other times. Restaurants and bars in town were all within walking distance and fabulous. Thank you Terri and Avila Beach. We will be back!!

We had 10 people in our group going fishing. We searched for a place that can accommodate 10people. We saw several accommodations through the AirBNB and saw that Jeff's place was beautiful and spacious enough for 10 people. We checked in around 6 pm and it was very nice and clean and enough beds for 10 people. The location was great where we can walk to several restaurants and Vons market. I would highly recommend this place whether you have a small group or a large group of people.

My group and I really enjoyed our stay. Parking was convenient and we especially appreciated how close the Airbnb was to the car since it made unloading and loading much easier. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, which was a big plus. Overall, the home was the perfect size for our group and we would definitely stay here again.
