Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

Piccola, ma storica e suggestiva località molto ben conservata con Possibilità di visitare luoghi interessanti tutti raggiungibili in 40 min. max 1 ora, come Firenze, Siena, Pisa e Lucca. Alloggio esattamente come descritto, accogliente e con tuttii confort. Il proprietario è cordiale ed ospitale, celere nel rispondere alle richieste e molto preciso nel dare le informazioni. Lo consiglio a chi ha voglia di scoprire la Toscana visitandola in auto ogni giorno in un luogo diverso per poi ritirarsi la sera in un ambiente rilassante, tipico , ma arredato secondo il gusto contemporaneo, con vista sul borgo rinascimentale.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Das Grundstück ist sehr privat und etwas abgelegen. Die Einfahrt ist etwas steinig. Wir fahren einen Peugot 308 und es ging gut. Sofern das Auto tiefer gelegt ist, könnte es etwas knapp werden. Man ist innerhalb von 30min in Pisa und in etwa 1h15 in Florenz (je nach Verkehr). Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Wir waren Mitte September und es war etwas kalt, aber wir waren trotzdem im Wasser. Im Sommer bei heissen Temperaturen bestimmt super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns bei Isabell sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sauber. Isabell hat sich mit der Einrichtung sehr viel Mühe geben und überall kleine Aufmerksamkeit platziert. Es gibt sehr gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants/Bars (Sugahero, Gli Orti können wir beides sehr empfehlen) und auch die Katzen auf dem Gelände werden vorgestellt. Das Pool Areal ist sehr clean und bietet viel Schatten, der Garten ist wunderschön durchdacht und ein ruhiger Rückzugsort. Wir würden Isabells Unterkunft auch Freunden empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Samen met mijn vrouw en onze 2 kinderen van 7 en 9 jaar verbleven we een week in het huis van Antonio! Wat hebben wij genoten, echt een week om nooit te vergeten! We kunnen deze plek iedereen aanraden! De tuin is prachtig met vele mooie bloemen en planten. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi zijn nog mooier dan op de foto’s en het huis was voor ons de typische Toscaanse sfeer die wij zochten! We hebben genoten van het adembenemende uitzicht en het terras met bbq en vuurplaats waar we marshmallows met de kinderen hebben geroosterd! Antonio is erg goed bereikbaar en geeft handige tips. En zijn Engels is beter dan dat hij zegt 😉 Wij komen graag nog een terug in dit paradijsje 🤩 Antonio, grazie

Beautiful scenery, the place looked even better in real life than in the pictures. Perfect hosts who were friendly and very accommodating. Great location to travel Tuscany. Would have loved to stay longer.

Villino Isotta è un alloggio che lascia senza fiato, super in ogni aspetto: posizione, pulizia, tutte le camere da letto sono climatizzate, le cucine ed i bagni ampiamente accessoriati, a pochi passi parcheggio gratuito e un caffè aperto fino a tarda sera. All'esterno un patio con vista sulle colline e poi il barbecue, e infine piscina dotata di ogni confort (doccia calda, vasca idromassaggio, lettini, wifi, ecc ecc). Ultimo ma non ultimo l'host Andrea, che ringrazio per l'incredibile e costante attenzione nei riguardi dei suoi ospiti dal primo istante (accogliendoci con un aperitivo di benvenuto) fino all'ultimo. Sempre presente ma mai invadente, sempre disponibile con consigli per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile, una persona dal cuore immenso che gestisce con passione e serietà questo alloggio. E' stata dura tornare a casa, ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Beautiful and rustic farmhouse placed in ancient olive grove. We had six adults and were extremely comfortable for our two week stay. Some days we never got out of the clean and refreshing pool. Family dinners were prepared in the perfectly functional kitchen served in the courtyard dining table Nicola was always availableto answer whatever ever came up. Loved the house and our Tuscan vacation

Stedet til Andrea var over all forventning. Vi var en vennegjeng på 7 som fikk alt vi trengte og mer. Andrea var utrolig hjelpsom og kjørte til og med til flyplassen for å overlevere en mobil vi hadde glemt. Jeg kan ikke anbefale dette stedet nok. (+ utsikten var til å dø for!)

Abbiamo veramente apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Grazie Massimo per la tua gentilezza e disponibilità, i tuoi consigli e i tuoi pensierini. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento del primo piano con terrazzone immenso. Vista meravigliosa e la ciliegina sulla torta, una bella piscina in un ambiente pulitissimo grazie alla cura costante di Massimo. Spesso la piscina era tutta per noi visto che ci sono solo tre alloggi. Raccomando al 150% a chi vuole visitare la regione e apprezza la tranquillità.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubszeit in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage in dem kleinen Dorf oben in den Hügeln der Toskana ist so authentisch und typisch italienisch. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind ein Traum . Die Zimmer sehr sauber, groß und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Bett war fantastisch. Ich habe auswärts schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Einzig eine schöne Salatschüssel und ein Toaster hätten uns jetzt gefehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal um die Toskana zu erkunden. Die bekannten weißen Strände sind in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt überall Parkplätze. Einkaufen ist in dem kleinen Dorf vor Ort beim Bäcker und in dem Tante Emma Laden möglich oder unten in der Stadt bei Lidl und Coop usw. Restaurants sind in Fußgehzeit erreichbar. Toll fanden wir den Imbiss gegenüber der Metzgerei in dem Dorf. Man sitzt ganz idyllisch auf dem Platz mitten im Dorf. Wir bedanken uns für die schönen Zeit.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We'll save all of our exploring for next time! Thank you Sylvia and Julio for a magic vacation.

Wir waren zu 2. und ein Hund für eine Woche da. Die Wohnung ist eher klein, dafür der Aussenbereich gross und eingezäunt. Andrea hat uns alles gezeigt und gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Man sollte gut auf Mücken vorbreitet sein, aber auch da hatte Andrea ein Starterset😏 bereit.

Angefangen mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung bis zur leider viel zu schnellen herzlichen Verabschiedung (wir waren 10 Tage da) fühlten wir uns in dem herrlichen Anwesen von Nicoletta mehr als wohl. Dieses wunderbare, herrschaftliche Haus aus dem 14. Jahrhundert ist ein Schmuckstück, hoch auf einem Bergrücken mit prächtiger Aussicht gelegen, welches durch die künstlerische Art von Nicoletta zu einem Kleinod von Historischem über Modernem bis hin zu Künsterlischem äußerst geschmackvoll gestaltet ist. Wenn man in solch einem Herrenhaus wohnen möchte, sollten einem die zwei hohen Etagen keine Mühe sein. Aber mit der Zeit stellt sich hier ein gewisser Trainingsfaktor ein. Betritt man das parkähnliche Grundstück, öffnet sich zunächst ein schönes Eisentor und man wird auf einem von Oleandern, Palmen und Blumenrabatten umsäumten Platz empfangen. Hier anschließend öffnet sich der Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen, Froschteich, Pavillion und natürlich einem herrlichen, sichtgeschützen Pool, der zweim

I would give 10 stars if possible! What a wonderful Airbnb - one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful and clean house, and so peaceful with breathtaking views and in a fantastic village with lots of walking as well as a sweet little restaurant and a handy shop which was open from early until late. A very easy drive to Lucca and lots of other sweet villages in the hills. We also did a fantastic hike right from the front door. The kitchen and bathroom were very thoughtfully equipped and the BBQ was an excellent bonus. Elisa and Roberto were so lovely and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone - and may even return myself one day so I can sit on that beautiful terrace and take in those views again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sogar an unser Baby wurde gedacht und extra Utensilien bereitgestellt. Die E-Ladestation konnten wir nicht gleich nutzen, aber einige Stunden später was schon ein Techniker da und hat das Problem behoben 👍 Die Lage ist super, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Wir hatten leider viele Moskitos, aber das ist ein natürliches Vorkommnis 😃 Die Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch besonders wenn man länger auf Reisen ist 👍 Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft in der Toskana! Alles war genau so, wie angegeben – sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll war die vermittelte Köchin, die uns einen Abend kulinarisch verwöhnt hat – absolut empfehlenswert! Selbst als es durch den Netzbetreiber kurzzeitig zu einem Stromausfall kam, war sofort jmd. erreichbar und hat sich schnell und zuverlässig gekümmert. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung, die irgendwie ein Haus ist. Sehr schön gelegen, großer Garten mit prima Terrasse, eine tolle Küche mit WIRKLICH allem. Silvia ist wirklich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle Silvia und die Unterkunft voll und ganz! Nochmal Danke!

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf die Toskana und das Meer. Man fühlt sich als wäre man allein in der Toskana da man keine direkten Nachbarn hat. Man muss zwar auf Schotterwegen zum Haus fahren uns hat das nicht gestört und es lohnt sich. Paola war einer super Gastgeberin und immer gut zu erreichen. Auch für unseren zwei Hunde war es ein super Aufenthalt.

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

Geani and Anna are wonderful hosts, and their home in Montaione is truly a hidden gem. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — it exceeded all my expectations and even goes beyond the beautiful description in the listing. The house is spotless, with an exceptional level of cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail that is hard to find. The surroundings offer a breathtaking, classic Tuscan landscape — peaceful, charming, and simply stunning. The jacuzzi is the cherry on top — the perfect way to relax while enjoying the scenery. Everything felt private, cozy, and serene, with no disturbances whatsoever. I highly, highly recommend this stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Super hyggeligt sted og hus. Der var alt i huset du skulle bruge til en hyggelig ferie. Rigtig fint pool område. Virkelig hjælpsomme og venlige værter som kun ønsker at deres gæster har en god oplevelse med stedet og huset.

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans un endroit cosy, décoré avec goût. Allessandra et Égizia étaient très accueillantes et très soucieuses de notre bien être. Si nous revenons dans cette région, nous ne manquerons pas de reprendre contact. Bon compromis pour visiter Florence. belle région de Pistoia.
