It consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace overlooking the sea furnished with a table, chairs, and armchairs.

The large living room/kitchen overlooks a wonderful sea view, facing west, therefore exposed to the sunset. The decor of the house is modern and tasteful.
