Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Capo d'Arco

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Federica was very nice and provided us with all the directions to facilitate our arrival. The apartment met our expectations, clean and tidy... nothing was missing! Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located directly in the center of Capoliveri, close to all shops and restaurants. A special mention for kitchen accessories and all available amenities. Even the dishes are beautiful, which is quite rare in an Airbnb. We also appreciated having umbrellas available. It's certain that Birgit has the attention to detail and does everything to make guests feel at home.

We spent beautiful days on Elba as a family. The children could play in the garden, the beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. We were alone in the cottage, it was quiet and has everything you need. I particularly highlight the very good communication before and during the stay with the owners and Ivana. Ivana lives in Elba and takes care of everything on site. She is adorable and always very friendly and helpful! Thank you again!

A wonderful house with beautiful outdoor seating. We felt very comfortable. A beautiful view from the sea and quiet location. We can only recommend it.

A great house with a great location to spend a nice time with the family on Elba. The sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and there is also a small supermarket in 5 minutes by bike. Cities such as Portoferraio or Porto Azzuro can all be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house even includes bikes with child seats and a BBQ. The house is very modern and also perfectly divided with the 2 bathrooms. Everything is also very well maintained and everything looks super new. Like I said, everything is perfect.

Francesco and Jessica were very nice and always available. We were initially a little late by the ferry but we were always in contact and could check in flexibly. Francesco was waiting for us and accompanied us to the accommodation. The place is just outside and can only be reached by one vehicle. The garden is a good size, is very well maintained, completely fenced and the fireplace invites you to grill. All necessary materials are available for this. The apartment is clean and cozy. Kitchen is clean and well equipped. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom was clean and well furnished. There were enough towels available and there was shampoo etc. for 1-2 days. The rest of the apartment was also very nice. The town of Porto Azzuro has plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a very nice time on Elba and would be happy to come back.

Amazing place to spend holiday with family, great position in front of the porto azzurro marina. A lot of restaurants near by. Highly recommended!

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Sandra's apartment was exactly as described: neat, clean and tidy. We found the camping bed for our son, bowls for the dog and also very welcome breakfast products such as toast, jams, coffee pods, etc. In addition, there are many free parking lots outside the house. Definitely recommended.

Our host Luca already provided us with all the necessary information and tips in advance, the communication worked out excellently. We were warmly welcomed and felt immediately welcome. Villa Tamara consists of three small apartments together - no fear of contact here. The apartment is very nicely decorated, it fits for two people. The bathroom is very small- especially the shower was a challenge for us as we are both big. The apartment was tiptop clean and well maintained - a small, covered terrace overlooking the garden completes the whole thing. There is a parking space directly at the house for each residential unit and on the beach of Straccoligno, sunbeds and umbrellas managed at no extra charge by Lucas's parents, Tamara and Francesco, both of whom are also very personable and warm. We felt comfortable all around!

We planned a sports week and were very flexible with our place. The apartment is very nice and well decorated. The central location is great because it's easy to walk everywhere. In addition, the apartment has a large garage, which is very convenient for accommodating the sports equipment. The restaurants in the village are numerous and very good. I think there is something for everyone. If you have any questions, Antonella always responded immediately and a solution was ready. Simple and straightforward. We enjoyed the stay very much and can imagine staying with Antonella again next time. Thanks a lot!

Very good and fast communication even before arrival. The questions were always answered very quickly and kindly. Very friendly and very nice welcome on the day of arrival, you immediately felt at home. A fantastic view of the sea and very nice terrace. The apartment is nice and clean, we felt very comfortable. The drive is quite bumpy, but no problem at all. It was a fantastically beautiful vacation for us and our dogs. Right at the house you can go for a wonderful walk with the dog. The property is completely fenced. The path to the bay is narrow and a little steep (good shoes), but in 5 minutes you are at the sea below. Beautiful. Thanks for the beautiful apartment. We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Spacious and cozy house. Hosts are courteous and helpful. The place is quiet but relatively far from the beach (which we have always reached by car, but without problems given the presence of free parking near the house). Overall a great experience. Recommended

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is great as it is a 10-minute drive from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
