The villa is located 50 m from the sea, in the private area of Capo d 'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 from Capoliveri, very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000-square-meter garden full of Mediterranean vegetation, centuries-old olive trees, pines, cypresses and overlooking the cliff, it has a relaxation area with a saltwater pool overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It is not a place suitable for very lively children.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The house is bright, overlooking the sea, in a natural area surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The beach is a 4-minute walk downhill. Access to the two swimming pool areas (one overlooking the sea, with sea water and the other among the vegetation) is free. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
