The villa is located 50 m from the sea, in the private area of Capo d 'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 from Capoliveri, very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000-square-meter garden full of Mediterranean vegetation, centuries-old olive trees, pines, cypresses and overlooking the cliff, it has a relaxation area with a saltwater pool overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It is not a place suitable for very lively children.

Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.
