I was in Castiglione della Pescaia for a week with my family and dog. I had a really good time at Flavia's place, very clean, very nice location and well-kept garden. I have to say that it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation.

Isabella is a nice and helpful person, she welcomed us to her beautiful villa and immediately put us at ease. Great tips on places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation has all the comforts, beautiful salt pool, unfortunately not available since the season has not yet started. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything Isabella!

Great villa to enjoy some tranquility and relaxation, in a very convenient location to visit the sea. The accommodation has all the amenities to enjoy a great vacation (parking, dishwasher, air conditioning, possibility to eat outside, etc.) The pool is beautiful, with the possibility of bathing even after dinner! Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

Beautiful bungalow with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and private veranda. Great communal pool and well-kept garden with deck chairs. From the house, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car! Good internet, wifi and mobile network theoretically allow work from anywhere. Easy check-in and out.

We had a really great time. A long weekend (3 nights) is very pleasant because the structure is enchanting and offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. It has returned back in time because the farmhouse has been well preserved with a setting for the last century while offering many modern comforts and the possibility of setting up firebrushes and lying in the garden by the pool. The highlight is still the hospitality and kindness of the guests Alessandro and especially Tiziana that we thank. Goodbye

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Francesca was very responsive and helped out with everything. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return in the future!

The accommodation fully met our expectations. It is located in a quiet residential area and offers everything you need. We also really appreciated that we could use his washing machine. The car can be parked well and safely at any time. Stefano is a very nice host and if you have any questions or concerns you will get an answer within a short time. Equipped with a 4x4, the villa is beautiful with a great location! Always ventilated! Every detail is taken care in every detail! The outdoor space is really well organized and will make you have a wonderful vacation! Great location for visiting the south of the island!

We enjoyed the time in a big, beautifully furnished house, which consists of 3 independent units, the one downstairs being a great commonplace for whole group. The host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Our two dogs loved the big, fully fenced garden with lots of space for seating and enjoying the views of Scarlino. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.
