Small, but historic and evocative, very well preserved place with the possibility of visiting interesting places all reachable in 40 min. max. 1 hour, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. Accommodation exactly as described, cozy and with all comforts. The owner is friendly and hospitable, quick to respond to requests and very accurate in giving the information. I recommend it to those who want to discover Tuscany by car every day in a different place and then retreat in the evening in a relaxing environment, typical , but furnished according to contemporary taste, overlooking the Renaissance village.

Isabella is a nice and helpful person, she welcomed us to her beautiful villa and immediately put us at ease. Great tips on places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation has all the comforts, beautiful salt pool, unfortunately not available since the season has not yet started. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything Isabella!

Enrico and his family were always available for us and very helpful. The apartment was as described and a great starting point for many excursion destinations. We particularly liked the quiet location. However, you should be aware that you can't walk very well in the area through missing sidewalks and racing cars. Nevertheless, we can recommend the apartment. We want to highlight Enrico's hospitality. We were very happy about the homemade pasta:)

Beautiful Italian country home! This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The property is full of nature and places to unwind, and the home feels like a museum filled with antiques. Nicoletta was super attentive and was there for anything we needed. She even opened the pool up for us a couple of weeks early, which made it even better. I highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place. The house was big enough for 6 people and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the pool area and hot tub. The view from the terrace is breath taking. Andrea was very friendly and helpful host. He brought delicious croissants for us in the morning of check-out. Thank you very much, Andrea!

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!

Quiet beautiful apartment with a large garden and fantastic pool. Perfect to relax. You are located a little off the beaten track on a hill, which means you need a little longer to get to other places, supermarkets, etc. All in all we had a wonderful time there and highly recommend the accommodation! We would like to emphasize that Antonella always responded quickly and was very helpful.

The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. The surroundings were stunning and the pool was a very welcome place to cool off. A great place to stay in Tuscany if you're hiring a car. Would highly recommend. Elisabetta was very helpful from start to finish.

Benedetta's place is a studio apartment located inside the park's farm. The house has a very nice outdoor area that is directly in the park. The sea is accessed through a staircase inside the park, so it's very comfortable! Quiet place with a condominium pool always clean, where there is always Arianna, a pleasant and helpful person. Benedetta is a kind person who responds to every need. We stayed for 15 days with a small child and our little dog who had a great time! We had a good time! Thank you Benedetta. To improve the appearance of cleaning, but otherwise everything is great!

Marta and Andrea were always very friendly and had very good tips for us. They just have a magical spot on earth. We had a wonderful week with great experiences also thanks to Marta and Andrea. Our daughter also felt very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you for the great time

We felt very comfortable in Samuel's apartment! It is very well maintained and tastefully decorated and there was everything we could wish for a relaxing vacation: from cozy deck chairs on the balcony to new comfortable mattresses in all beds :) The pool is large and beautiful and the complex is very quiet. Samuele always responded immediately to messages and always found good solutions. The local contact was also very helpful and friendly! We will be happy to come back :)

Belonging large on multiple levels with furnishings and spaces to comfortably accommodate more people. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a stay away from home. Very nice and relaxing outdoor space. Communication with Lucia was also great and smooth. Recommended!

It was a very nice stay. The proximity to Pisa and Florence is a big plus. The kids were in the pool every day and everyone was very kind and helpful. Kjara had some great insider tips.

We expected a beautiful place but it was better than we imagined! Beautiful surroundings with unbeatable views. Peaceful environment where you can't help but find happiness. The home was classic charming Italian idyll, with welcoming hosts who always set up at the slightest thought. We hope to return in the near future!

Equipped with a 4x4, the villa is beautiful with a great location! Always ventilated! Every detail is taken care in every detail! The outdoor space is really well organized and will make you have a wonderful vacation! Great location for visiting the south of the island!

We stayed at "Il Fienile" for a relaxing weekend surrounded by nature, and the experience was simply enchanting. The property is taken care of down to the smallest detail, a perfect mix of rustic and modern comfort. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility, but also for exploring the surroundings: in a few minutes you can reach picturesque villages and paths surrounded by greenery. The outdoor garden is a little slice of heaven where we had breakfast while admiring the view. The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming, ready to provide tips on what to visit and where to eat. Genuine hospitality that makes a difference. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning.

Luana and her husband were amazing hosts. Even though they didn’t speak english we were still able to communicate well. The house and its surrpundings were very nice and everything was kept really clean. We would definetely go back!
