Recidence is really nice and cozy. Extremely helpful property. very valid accommodation

the property is not very recent but still very well maintained and well-kept. The accommodations are small but well maintained and equipped with every comfort ( excluding air conditioning, but a fan is provided that does its job great). Beautiful pool, there is a micro market inside the bar that provides all the essentials. Freshly baked brioche every morning, great and very good location to move around the main beaches of the island. Raffaele was very available for any request we asked him, always responding very quickly and made us feel at home; various kits are available ( towels, pepper rooms, etc., necessary kit for small children,) at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended, we hope to see you again next year

La Valdana residence offers many amenities (covered parking, parking reserved for the nearby beach, swimming pool, tennis court, discounts, etc.) that were really valuable for our vacation. Raffaele welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, giving us many good advice on what to do and what to visit, also depending on the time we had - little unfortunately - and the weather conditions (advice that turned out to be all very good). The apartments are spacious and equipped, clean, simple and functional. Very good value for money. On the last day we forgot some personal belongings in the pool: Raffaele was very quick to send us everything back and communicate with us. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean apartment. Very kind staff, we noticed two small things to fix and they promptly fixed them. Surrounded by greenery, good location for us who had the car and wanted to drive around the island a little. Definitely recommend!

Nice holiday apartment. Small but well organised. Very big and nice pool, very calm area surrounded by olive trees. You need a car to travel around. Also it would be nice to provide a few essentials such as salt and pepper, soap, washing up liquid and sponge Overall a very good stay, and a very nice owner always there for local tips, thanks !

This was beyond my expectations. Looked better than the photos. Felt like at peace when I arrived at this place. The green surroundings were just too beautiful. Master bedroom has an amazing view of the olive trees outside. You also get a slight view of the sea. Worth visiting this place and way worth the money.

All good, just balcony on lower level has minimal light (as this is internal patio)

Luigi was always highly responsive and easy to work with. He was flexible working around my schedule which was very nice. The residence is very comfortable and highly functional.
