Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

The apartment, at the complete disposal of guests, is located in the historic district of the ancient Mercato delle Vettovaglie, inside the famous Pentagono del Buontalenti, two minutes from the major tourist attractions and traditional cuisine restaurants and a few minutes from the port and the promenade.

It is situated in an alley inside the walls of the wonderful medieval village of Lari, 30 meters from the castle.

La Casina del Faro is a charming loft on the roofs of a historic building overlooking the port of Livorno. Designed to be a poetic and fascinating space, it enjoys a three hundred and sixty degree view of the historic center. Despite being located on the fifth floor without an elevator :), once you reach the top you will feel like you have been transported to another world, so close to the sea that you can smell it directly while sitting on the sofa.

Casa Oliva - the Loft

Casa Oliva was born in the summer of 2021 from the renovation of the apartment on the first floor of a large family house - mine! - which was divided into 2. This is the smallest apartment and is designed as a single airy environment. It is located in a privileged position: just outside the confusion of the worldly Marina di Campo, surrounded by greenery but a 5-minute walk from the sea and the center.
