Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön - man hat die Möglichkeit mit Blick aufs Meer zu grillen. Luca und seine Familie waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Super fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit Surfbretter und Kajaks zum Paddeln zu leihen und unser SUP unten am Strand zu lagern. Toll ist auch dass man Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Strand benutzen darf. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und sogar eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Vor allem die Ruhe und den Ausblick haben wir sehr genossen!

sono stata presso questa casa per il trail dell'Elba con 2 amici. comodissima come posizione, a piedi qualche minuto sei in centro e sulla spiaggia. la casa ha Parcheggio interno, ed è spaziosa e pulita all'interno e con tutti i confort. Cucina ultra accessoriata già comprensiva di tutti i condimenti, caffè, zucchero, tè, tisane. idem per il bagno con sapone e tutti i detersivi per la pulizia. la host Serena e la sua mamma Rita sono state perfette e gentilissime! grazie, spero di poter tornare presto!!!!

Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und die grosse Terasse hat uns ganz besonders gefallen. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage fanden wir absolut top. Minimarket und schönes Restaurant in der Nähe. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar und wunderschön. Für Ausflüge ist Marcello's Cove House zentral gelegen. Die Informationen im Vorfeld waren sehr umfangreich und wertvoll. Wir fühlten uns wunderbar betreut von den Gastgebern. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Es war eine super Woche, herzlichen Dank Giovanni.

Ramona è una host molto gentile e accogliente L' appartamento è nuovissimo, molto pulito, confortevole. Corrisponde alle foto pubblicate sul sito. E' situato appena fuori dal centro di Portoferraio, in una zona tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze ci sono parcheggi gratuiti, negozi, alcuni ristoranti e un centro commerciale . E' un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare l'isola d'Elba.

Alloggio centralissimo per girare l'isola. Contesto rilassante, curato nei dettagli, immerso nel verde. Casa pulita e attrezzata, personalizzata da Chris. Host presente e super disponibile, che mette tanto lavoro e dedizione nella sua attività e si vede. Merita davvero l'area esterna, con un bel giardino e una fantastica piscina. Perfetta la posizione. Francesco und Jessica waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten anfangs etwas Verspätung durch die Fähre doch wir waren immer in Kontakt und konnten so flexibel einchecken. Francesco hat auf uns gewartet und uns zur Unterkunft begleitet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb und nur mit einem Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Der Garten hat eine gute Größe, ist sehr gepflegt, komplett eingezäunt und die Feuerstelle läd zum grillen ein. Hierfür sind alle notwendigen Materialien vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes bequemes Bett und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer war sauber und ist gut eingerichtet. Es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden und es gab Shampoo etc. für 1-2 Tage. Auch der Rest der Wohnung war sehr schön. Der Ort Porto Azzuro hat genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Elba und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

Die erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Capoliveri und das Meer im Südwesten und Nordosten. Grosse Terrasse, gemütlicher Platz zum Ausruhen auf dem Sofa oder den Liegestühlen oder zum Essen am Tisch mit Panoramablicken. Zwei Badezimmer sind praktisch und grosszügig, die Küche kompakt und funktionierend für diese Wohnungsgrösse. Das Dorf ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Anstieg ist auch nach einem Abendessen im Dorf gut machbar. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Leider wird keine Bett-, Küchen- oder Badwäsche angeboten, diese muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

Dont even think and just book it. Great place amazing views . Vittorio and his family are the kindest most nice people on the planet. Appartment comes squeaky clean and with all the amenities a person would need. Great recommendations of places, restaurants and everything,although you do need a car to check most of them out but everything is in radius 15min. Vittorio checked in multiple times to ask if everything was okay and if anything else was needed. Even went out of his way and prepared us a special place by the pool to celebrate new year’s. Lovely overall 100/10 :)

Le logement d’Alessia est très bien situé à Portoferraio, à deux pas de la plage de Ghiaie, du centre ville et du ferry. Il correspond à la description, est confortable et fonctionnel. La terrasse et le jardin privatifs sont un plus. Alessia est très accueillante et attentionnée. Elle est disponible si besoin et nous a offert plusieurs fois des croissants pour le petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons :)

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Confortevole e Nuovo, spiaggia a 5 min a piedi

Wir haben als Familie schöne Tage auf Elba verbracht. Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen, der schōne Sandstrand war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren alleine in dem Ferienhaus, es war ruhig und alles da, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben mōchte ich die sehr gute Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes mit den Eigentümern und Ivana. Ivana lebt auf Elba und kümmert sich um alles vor Ort. Sie ist bezaubernd und stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Procchio ist ein sehr netter kleiner Ort! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage fanden wir ebenfalls grundsätzlich gut, lediglich die Hauptstraße war tagsüber recht laut. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft von Andrea und Marta und haben unseren ersten gemeinsamen Urlaub als Familie bei den beiden verbracht. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und uns hat an nichts gefehlt: einfache Kommunikation mit schneller Erreichbarkeit der beiden, Tipps für die Umgebung, persönliches Willkommensgeschenk, saubere Wohnung und volle Ausstattung, traumhafte Lage mit tollem Pool und Natur ringsum. Kurzum: wir haben uns schnell sehr wohl und wie Zuhause gefühlt (trotz mittelmäßigem Wetter). Die Tiere auf dem Anwesen sind super freundlich und kinderlieb. Sämtliche Strände sind 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Restaurants sind in den kleinen Städten ringsum zu entdecken. Auch größere Tagesausflüge (Insel Elba, Pisa, Lucca, Castiglione della Pescaia,...) lassen sich von der Unterkunft sehr einfach gestalten. Insgesamt: ein toller, unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nell'alloggio di Cesare ci si sente come a casa. Confortevole, accogliente e minimale. l'esterno è curato e delle dimensioni giuste per gustarti un pasto con i rumori della natura circostante. L'appartamento è piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per vivere al meglio la vacanza. il Signor Cesare e il Signor Walter sono di una gentilezza unica. Un posto tranquillo in cui sicuramente ci torneremo.
