Monthly Rentals in Cape Fear River

this room is located upstairs next to the bathroom. there are, I think, two other guests that share the bathroom. I am a light sleeper and I was never bothered by bathroom use or any other noises from other guests. the room is nice and cozy with a comfy bed. there is a kitchen and small fridge to store items. you can smoke outback or on front patio. parking is across the street on a patch of gras. the house is tucked towards the back of a very large neighborhood, several turns to get there but it was about 15 drive to Cape Fear Hospital. overall great stay!

We stayed at J.L.’s place for a month and enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we needed including coffee supplies, kitchenware and bathroom essentials. The A/C kept us cool throughout our stay. The location was great and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Great stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with shops/cafes/transportation nearby. Thanks for the hospitality — I’d be happy to stay here again!

What a find! We were delighted to stay at Arleen’s and will readily do so anytime we need an overnight in the area. Immaculate throughout. Very nice to have laundry and a well appointed kitchen. Arleen has thought of every thoughtful detail to make this experience over the top wonderful.
