Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Fully recommended house, equipped with all the amenities and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with plenty of gardens to walk in and close to the Mar Menor beach. We will definitely repeat David, Larisa, Atreyu

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was spotless — everything looked and felt brand-new, from the furnishings to the finishes. The warm pool was a real treat, perfect for relaxing both during the day and in the evening. It’s clear the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. The surrounding town/village was charming and peaceful, with friendly locals and beautiful scenery. We especially loved our morning and evening walks — so refreshing and a great way to start and end the day. The whole experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

Fantastic host and property. Great communication before and during our stay. The property was perfectly described and we had a wonderful time. I would advise hiring cars for your stay especially if you have children. We hired cars and all pools are around 2km away so saved hassle with walking with children in hot weather. The beach is also a 10 minute drive away. Would highly recommend this host, we will be coming back.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The accommodation is clean, well equipped and offers everything you need for relaxing days. The location is quiet and ideal for switching off – but it is recommended to arrive with a rental car, as you are so much more flexible. The host was very friendly and easily accessible. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay due to repairs, which was a bit of a shame – but we were informed in advance, which we found very fair. As soon as the pool is usable again, that's certainly an even bigger plus! Overall, we can recommend the accommodation and would love to come again.

"A stay at home" Our experience in this home was great. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Cartagena, which allowed us to move on foot and enjoy the city in total comfort. The apartment was very cozy, well equipped and with everything you need to feel at home. Also, the owner was very attentive and kind from the first moment, always aware that we were at ease. We would definitely repeat!

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Ana and José's apartment is ideal to disconnect for a few days on vacation at the beach, since you have a beautiful cove right in front. It has wonderful views. We'll be back for sure. Thanks Ana for making it so easy.

The apartment was perfect for our family golf holiday, it is very clean and spacious, everything you need in the kitchen, beautiful views over the golf course very quiet, lovely swimming pools, all in all perfect. Jackie was a great host very quick responding to any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here.

A house with attention to detail and everything you need to spend a few days relaxing with your family. We were alone on the beach and found just what we were looking for. To repeat!

Very nice studio, very clean and very well-equipped, located very close to the city center and a public parking lot. Really recommendable. The only small problem is the lack of view, but we made do pleasantly. Thank you again for Susana's kindness.

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Wow 🌟wow💥 wow🌟 what can we say! As our first Airbnb we didn't know what to expect 🤔.This was an exploration weekend break for us so actually was a kind of "wing it" weekend! From the moment we booked it we had great communication from D&B with clear guidance about checking in.Of course we didn't have a clue😁 so we were very welcome with the add on of collection from the airport✈️. Denise worked so hard to turn around the apartment ready for our arrival&WOW is the only word I can say because as soon as you walk in this has the wow factor!The apartment was perfect,cleanliness was outstanding, amenities available for our use saved us so much for what we would normally pack for,really comfortable bed 🛏️with an amazing fan, spacious &THE VIEW🌅🌄!I can honestly say was breathtaking both day&night.Please take time to spend some time at night to simply take in the beauty the view provides.Their time, company&experience has been so valuable to our little trip&cant wait to come back.💕C&M

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.

The apartment located in small town in 30 minutes walk to beach, so I reccomend not relying on to public transport and renting car, if you will live here. But in the rest it was perfect stay. The flat was very clean when we arrived and pretty match with photo and description.

Great stay! Very spacious apartment, great for kids with a very secure balcony area. Walking distance to the hotel, paddle courts, boulevard (where there are plenty of restaurants) and the local spar. Would recommend a car hire as there are some fantastic restaurants in Los Alcazares and a great beach with beach bars about 15min drive away! Øystein was so helpful throughout our stay and will deff be back to the apartment in the future :) Thanks again Oystein
