Two story semi-detached house. It is in a quiet area with a private swimming pool. 7 km from private aerodrome. You can also practice ultraligero flights, hiking, mountain bike trails, scuba diving in the coasts of Mazarron. Very well located in the skirt of the Sierra de Carrascoy just 30' from the beach and 20' from Sierra Espuña and Murcia, with very good access and good weather. This is a home attached to that of the owners. The landscaped area and pool is shared with the two of us.
