A nice apartment in the heart of the city. We loved that it is located in a pedestrian street, with such short distance to shops and restaurants. Nuria was very attentive, and gave us great recommandations. Cartagena actually turned out to be one of our favourite stops along the coast.

The house is beautiful and very well conditioned. There's no lack of detail. So the Ali stay is very nice. I would definitely repeat.

Excellent!! We felt right at home, it's a cozy apartment, it has all the utensils you would need or have in your home. We wanted to get out of the routine and be close to the sea and it was perfect for the children, the pet and us. 👌 A very quiet area to rest, go down to the pool or go to the beach. Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

Los Urrutias, and specifically the apartment, is a perfect place for tranquility and to have time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very nice, with a dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a bedroom with a very comfortable and spacious double bed... the terrace is one of the best spaces, with a barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how it will be in summer, but during Holy Week it's a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

We had a very pleasant stay, a nice quiet area and very close to the sea. It's about a 10 minute walk into the town with bars and restaurants and there are bars and restaurants on the sea front just a small stroll away. A nice peaceful area to have a chilled stay with everything you need in the accommodation including a nice terrace on the top with views of Mar Manor. Victor was very helpful and accommodating and even arranged a taxi for us to take us back to the airport. If you want a nice relaxing holiday, I highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was spotless — everything looked and felt brand-new, from the furnishings to the finishes. The warm pool was a real treat, perfect for relaxing both during the day and in the evening. It’s clear the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. The surrounding town/village was charming and peaceful, with friendly locals and beautiful scenery. We especially loved our morning and evening walks — so refreshing and a great way to start and end the day. The whole experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

The house is impressive! Spacious, and just because of the terrace and its views, it's worth the trip! And there has been air conditioning inside for a long time. Everything was new and clean. The only downside is that the parking space is a little small to park well

Was allowed to check in early which was great as landed early. Villa was amazing…. Having 3 bathrooms was a god send as everyone could shower at their leisure Golf course was stunning and restaurant done lovely food - 16 min walk from villa Getting to nearest village / bars etc is short taxi ride Pavo was extremely helpful and always quick to respond Will defo rent again !!!!!

Nothing to reproach. The house was in perfect condition, as shown in the photos, and Claudio was very attentive whenever I needed him. In addition, the apartment is located a few meters from the beach as indicated in the description, and the area is very quiet, there is no one who can bother you. It was a great success to have spent 5 days there and I'm very grateful for Claudio's phenomenal treatment.

Great place to escape for a few days. Not far from Bolnuevo beach and a few of the bars and restaurants. Nice and quiet, fairly private and had everything we needed.

We stayed for 11 nights. This place is the most equipped accommodation I have encountered. Everything needed was available in the house. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bernt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in this place.

The apartment met all our needs and those provided by the ad. Araceli was charming, kind and attentive, and even had the thoughtfulness to save us a place on the same street to park. 100% recommended.

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.
