The apartment has a lot of light and we could see the amancer sitting on the sofa, it has a perfect view! the beach very well because it has little waves and very shallow, ideal for children, you have a walk to walk. Maria gave us a guide to do and where she explains everything about the apartment. we have a storage room with a chair and everything for the beach which helps a lot of not having to carry so much in the car. The fully equipped kitchen. Clean and perfect towel and Saturday! The beds and mattresses are perfect. Maria very flexible also at check out time. The apartment is spacious and very well distributed.

Beautiful views and it's right on the beach. It's what I was looking for and I love it. There were two of us, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. Beach, pool, views, sun. I hadn't been to Cullera in a long time and I was surprised how beautiful it is and the development is excellent. Rita is a sweetheart. A luxury to enjoy.

We had a pleasant stay at Ana’s place. Check-in was delayed due to a broken lock, but Ana’s husband responded quickly and called a locksmith — just unfortunate timing. The apartment is as described, but note that the rooms and bathroom offer limited privacy, with sliding doors that don’t fully close. It’s ideal for families or close friends. The flat is very child-friendly, with toys available, which was a big plus for us. The kitchen is well-equipped, though items like plates and utensils are stored in separate areas, making it a bit tricky to find things. Ana was very friendly and communicative, especially helpful with navigating local transport. We recommend using the Moovit app over Google Maps, as bus schedules have changed. Also, don’t miss ASCUAS — one of the best seafood meals we’ve had, and reasonably priced.

I stayed at Lourdes' apartment for a week and everything was great. The apartment is very clean and has everything you would need (equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.). I really liked the balcony and the location of the apartment was also perfect, it is one minute away from the beach. In addition, Lourdes is a very friendly person and it was very easy to communicate with her.

This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for what we needed. If you're looking for a space to stay that can accomidate a big group of people this is it! It had plenty of space, good size bedrooms and huge outdoor space to enjoy together, the children also loved it. Around a 30 min drive to valencia centre, 10 mins to betera (local town for supermarket), local paella can be delivered. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect , we loved the deal with M.Carmen is very helpful and thoughtful . The apartment is perfect we loved it is rustic and with a lot of charm , it has a very well used and comfortable balcony, the perfect heating, the kitchen with all the necessary and the bedroom also perfect . ( in the photos it is not appreciated , it is better than in photos ) There are also many board games and books for the little ones and adults . You park a minute's walk and both the village and the people of the same charm .

i recommend it it's a very well appointed house. we were hosted very well and a small gift upon arrival. cold drink, chips and cakes in small downside the parental bed was small for my husband otherwise everything was perfect no opposite, quiet in the pool we'll keep the address for our next vacation 🥰

Fantastic apartment – fully equipped, very clean, and spacious. Convenient parking right in front of the door, next to the local police station, so it feels very safe. The only small downside was the AI-based chat service for questions, which wasn’t very efficient. But overall, excellent value and a great stay!

Never being in Valencia, this was a wonderful location. Walk to the beach, dining was all around us and very good. Bus service to city center was wonderful. Bus Pass was great and thanks to Maria telling us about it, it did work. The space was wonderful, and each bedroom was just perfect for our family. The only thing that we missed was a patio or balcony to sit out in the morning to have out coffee. But we would return again. Thanks, Maria, for being the best host!!!! Also, your son was wonderful to help us with our Spanish.... Conner family

From the best villas I've been to. The house was super nice, comfortable , quiet, the pool was really spotless. Plenty of inflatables for fun. The peace of mind was awesome. Everything was spectacular and I hope to be back soon! Fernando super friendly, gave us plenty of facilities and recommendations. Thank you very much for everything!

Our stay at Sebastian's went very well. The accommodation is functional and modern, located in a quiet and family-friendly area (close to a national) Very close pools, convenient with children, and beach 10 minutes away by car. Very nice welcome from Sebastian who was very friendly.

Good place to disconnect and enjoy the sea and the pool. Maria was pending and quickly managed an incident that arose with the temporary occupation of the garage square by another unknown car.

The apartment was very conveniently located close to the beach and restaurants. It was very neat and clean with all the possible facilities a good place to stay. Both the host and the contact person have been very punctual and kind. We are very happy. We will definitely be back. We felt at home. It's been a great vacation.
