Magnificent stay, Esther is the best.

The time we spent in this house was a wonderful experience, mainly because we had a garage for our car and facilitated the transport of the bags. We have an air-conditioned house with an extraordinary view of a Castillo del Puig, with new equipment that facilitates family or group travel. The property of some stairs, however, is worth it and I highly recommend staying in this house.... If we have conditions we will return!!!

We had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants overlooking the ocean. We particularly enjoyed Luz de Luna in Malvarrosa beach. Supermarkets are close and easy to access. Perfect setting to relax after visiting Valencia highlights and enjoying paella in El Rek over La Albufera. Thank you Diana for being a great host.

Chris's place was as described. We enjoyed its location close to Valencia airport (40 min), the quiet area and the fact that we can walk to the beach. Chris was taking great care so we didn't miss anything. A few gourmet surprises were waiting for us when we arrived. It was nice! We would recommend Chris's place!

We had a great time at Isabel's home. We were hosted very well, with a very nice gift in the cool! The house is very nice as it has several terraces oriented differently, which makes it possible to find a cool place outside even in high heat. Inside, no problem, there is air conditioning. The equipment in the house is exceptional, better than at home, decorated with great taste. The environment is very quiet and the pool is very spacious. A favorite for the "lodge", it's cool in the evening in all privacy. Thank you to Isabel for everything! Including the advice of the restaurant "Don Pique"!

The place is pretty much perfect. Everything clean, tidy, comfortable, functional…. The surroundings are very quiet, although the beach is not suitable to enjoy the sand, because there is no, it is true that it is very quiet and spacious. It is also glued to the house. We will definitely repeat because everything has been facilitated , both to arrive and to leave the house. A 10

A perfect place to stay for a few days with family. In our case we traveled 4 generations, I went from my grandfather to my baby. It is true that you have to climb stairs to go up to the floor where the toilet, kitchen and living room are, but if you don't mind climbing stairs, the house is perfect. It's not missing any detail. It's very close to the beach and the beach is great, fine sand and very clean water and perfect for kids and seniors. The beds are quite comfortable and that there was airing in the rooms it was a pretty important detail due to the big heat wave we've had. For us it was a perfect stay, a place to repeat.

The host is thoughtful and friendly. We like the place for its interior collection which reflects local culture. When we have questions, the host responded timely. We enjoyed our stay.

This home was so lovely & perfect for a family. All the en suite bathrooms were so helpful. The outdoor area & pool was gorgeous & so relaxing. Easily walkable & sweet neighborhood. Loved it!

The perfect place to relax. Great pool on the premises. The kitchen is well-stocked, great contact with the owner. A pebble beach right next to it, you have to drive to the sandy beach. The car will be very useful because it is quite a short walk to larger shops or restaurants. The plaza next door is a nudist beach, so it's interesting with kids;) Overall, we recommend :)

Monika is a really nice host. She was always attentive to everything. The apartment is impeccable and comes with everything that is necessary. We had an amazing time.

The house was ready, all kinds of services inside it, phenomenal cleanliness, amazing views, the pool despite being communal we were alone. Raquel was facilitated, very good and helpful.

The house is very well equipped, with an air conditioning system on each floor. It is very spacious and modern There are also basic things like gel, soap, spices for cooking, etc., which is appreciated when you're running out. They were flexible with the key exchange even though we arrived at night due to traffic. Highly recommended in general.

We were very comfortable, at all times they have been attentive to us and we felt right at home, next year we will definitely be back. Thank you, great host.

We recommend this spacious and very clean space 200/100. Listing photos are as described. We stayed there for a week and were very satisfied. I highly recommend it for people who come with family or friends: you will have all the comforts you need and much more. Roberto is a great host, he deserves much more than 5 stars: lovely, attentive, he ordered a crib and a kettle for us on the day of our arrival even though it was not included in the rental. Very responsive and really attentive, he hosted us very well in his accommodation. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks again Roberto and hope to talk to you soon.

Maria's place is as charming as she,we have been very agust,the place is beautiful, super quiet and with green areas in the door of the house Also, it is inside an urbanization with pool and paddle, you can't ask for more,we will come back for sure.

Villa Comchita is just as described in the photos. A charming fishermen's house. Attention to detail to spend a few days disconnected by the sea. Impeccable cleanliness and with everything you need to feel right at home. Luis is a great host. He left us some nice touches for us and for our little dog. She has been very friendly and helpful at all times. We will definitely be back and recommend it💯.

Very nice people who were very responsive to any communication

We spent a few days in this pretty house and our stay was very nice. The accommodation is close to the beach, a supermarket and 10/15 min drive from Valencia. Our host welcomed us with small gifts (water, kinder eggs for the children for Easter) which was much appreciated. The place had everything we needed. Thank you for hosting us, we'll keep in touch in case we come back this way. 😉

Enric totally lives up to the term Superhost. He provided concise, accurate & prompt communication. We received a warm welcome, in person. The bottle of Cava was a nice touch. Maritime House was exactly, if not better, than described. A tastefully restored building, lots of character, extremely comfortable. Anything you could possibly require, in any home, was provided. Incredible attention to detail. We happened to book our trip to stay for Easter week. We did not realise that the amazing spectacle of the Semana Santa parades would be literally on our doorstep! We had a bird's eye view from the front balcony. I would definitely stay at Enric's again, at any time of year. A short walk to the great beaches. Mercat Cabanyal, the superb La Tahona bakery, & plenty of supermarkets 5 minutes walk or less. Excellent connections to all forms of public transport. A definite thumbs up from our family; kids aged 8 and 10. I cannot fault this property. We wish Enric well.
