Vacation rentals with a sauna in Camp de Túria

The apartment is great, for a family of 4 it is spacious, everything is very clean and with the basic things so you don't have to carry kitchen and bathroom items). It also has an indoor pool (and another outdoor pool), which gives a lot of versatility on dates when it can still rain. On the dates we went, everything was very quiet, both on the beach and in the pool. The area is at the end of Tavernes, it has a children's park, a zip line, a calisthenics park and some small shops. Nati has provided many facilities for check-in and check-out, so that we could make the most of it.

A beautiful and quiet apartment. Young children enjoy the complex. Susi was great with the check-out time. If I go back to the area, I would definitely go back to the area.

We Had wonderful experience staying at gran canet. Milan was always quick to respond with answers we needed even quite few months before our stay & during our stay…. No problems with check in or check out. Place was really clean and exceptional. It has everything you could possibly need & actually looks much better in real life than in pictures! We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful apartment with sea views from the huge and beautiful terrace ,ideal for spending a few days relaxing as a family. Close and accessible ,supermarkets, restaurants ,playgrounds. It has all the comforts to feel like a huge house. I recommend 100x100. Fabiana is a charm ,very attentive to everything .

Everything was great, Juan José was always attentive, he provided us with little things that we needed for the baby, as well as recommendations for places to visit, eat, etc. The accommodation was very clean and did not lack any detail. We will stay again on another occasion.

A ten-star accommodation, extraordinarily clean, it had such complete equipment that it made you feel at home, everything practically to the extreme, very clean and nothing was missing, quite spacious, the development and its common services fabulous. A very pleasant and quiet stay, to be repeated.

Penthouse with double terrace well located on the first line and with large terrace with huge glass window. Communication with Fernando and later with Fabiana, who gave us the keys, was very smooth, they even let us check in early and check out after the scheduled time. In short, a good two-bedroom apartment with a fairly spacious terrace area.

Great place and location. Lots of restaurants nearby and beach 2 minute walk. Had an issue with the key to the door. Was sorted in 30 mins on a Sunday. Great service and care of guests. We had a great week at this place which is very pleasant to stay in. Perfectly in line with the photos and descriptions, Raquel's place was very clean and nicely decorated. The terrace is very pleasant, the common areas very well maintained. Amenities are as described and the beach is easily reachable by foot. A place that we would definitely recommend.

we spent two first Septmeber weeks here in 2024. A very nice apartment, furnished with love and taste. A well-stocked economy: We lacked nothing. Two toilets, a shower and a bathroom, new and well-functioning sanitary technology. But most importantly a beautiful balcony with wonderful sea views! On the balcony there is a table with chairs and a couch (!), everything fits (the balcony area is 4 x 3.5 meters tall). You can stay on the balcony all the time and enjoy life. :-) If you take a few steps out of the apartment, you will discover a fun gated community with a pool and sun loungers near a gym. Between different levels of the residential complex you can move comfortably with several elevators. Volvo XC60 fits in the lockable garage! The Hazookeeper Gema has sweetened us, gave us everything important time and a few useful TIpps for the area. This was all very nice and helpful.

We were here and family (2 kids) and were very happy. The owner is very accommodating and accommodated when we arrived earlier than the official check in. The whole area is very quiet, the beaches in the week were almost empty and also ok on the weekend. The sea is beautiful, clean, fully seashell perfect for children. We were very pleasantly surprised by the above-standard amenities of the apartment. The host also prepared some basic groceries and a welcome for us, which was very kind. You can buy everything you need in a store that is 3 minutes away. We rented a car at the airport and there was no mistake with this benefit. You're in the center of Valencia in a while, but you have the opportunity to discover other nice places on the other side (Cullera, etc.). Thank you very much and recommend.

Location is perfect- good distance from park and 1 min from metro. Easy to get from airport. Pool is working and clean! Near good restaurants (we liked zazu) and consum and even mediamarket.

Everything is perfect. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Communication with Carla was very easy and without any problems. If we go back, we'll go back to enjoy the terrace and pool more.

First off, let me say that Juan goes way beyond in communications and willingness to be there for you. He left us a couple of beers and some Danishes for a welcome and our first breakfast. He came by and said hello, something I had never experienced from a host. The apartment is on the 11th floor and the view of the Mediterranean is spectacular. The apartment has an air unit but we opened the doors at both ends of the place and had a cooling breeze the entire time. The property is walking distance to a large well stocked grocery store as well as many choices in dining experiences. I marked a 4 on "easy to find" only because I do not know Spanish and there are similar looking buildings in the area. This is not Juan's fault. Once you get your bearings, it is really an outstanding location. Beds are comfortable and beach equipment was provided. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely go back if I find myself in the Valencia area again!

The house exceeded our expactations! I would give for this place 6 stars out of 5! The house in reallity has much more facilities than at that time when we reserved it. We were surprised to find completele new garden terrace, which was equiped fully! The swimming pool is amazing and for our family of 5 members was big enough! The garden is very nice with well maintained plants, evening solar lighting, children's playground and comfortable furniture. In the garden also we found sauna with jacuzzi! The house with three bedrooms is equiped with A/C - seperate in each room, so we could regulate the temperature in each room separately! The kitchen has a lot of facilities - airfryier, gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, coffe machine, dishwasher. Also a lot of ketlery, plates, cups and etc. In the terrace there is a big box with pool and garden toys. The sleeping during night was very comfortable, because it was very silent. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The highest recomendations!!!

We had the most amazing stay at Maria and Marta's home. The views were spectacular and it was such a relaxing environment. We loved how much there was to do close by as well. The home had everything that we needed. the outdoor kitchen was a particular highlight, especially this area with the carbonero (it's name is great tit in the UK), nesting inside the trunk of Carob tree, which was an extra treat to witness. Maria and Marta were very helpful and accommodating. The perfect stay in a beautiful location!

Cozy house with wonderful views. If you go with children, which was our case, the game room is wonderful. In addition, Raquel took into account that we were going at Christmas, a cold time, to put some heaters in the game room so that we were wonderful and it was a success. Thank you. The rest of the house has air conditioning and heating in all the rooms. The house is a 10. If I had to find a negative for the most demanding guests, it's that to go to the beach you have to take the car or go for a very long walk. In our case it was not a problem. Also worth mentioning is that Raquel was active and willing to resolve anything throughout the stay. Personally, I would have liked to be greeted by someone instead of picking up the keys inside a box, but that's just my preference, nothing to do with the house and the service received by phone. Everything was perfect!

We loved the vibe of the place, the tranquility , the laid-back attitude of the host and the fact that the accommodation is dog-friendly is a big plus. Enough space to explore for our dachshund! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the view from our terrace. If you are looking for a quiet place just outside of the city this is the place to be.

We were surprised by the house, located in a villa next to more houses with a huge community space with all kinds of facilities, totally recommended.

The place is fantastic. Fresh bread every morning is delicious. Pepe is very attentive and always willing to help. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The host was superb along with the house. Communication was easy regardless what we needed or wanted an answer was always given. Great knowledge of the area and surrounding area as for us was a bonus as only local or people who stay there would have known this. The villa suited our needs from day one with a great spacious layout and pool for all the family to enjoy on a daily basis. We had a car but might not of been needed as the tram station is a 15minute walk which took you anywhere more or less in Valencia and also cheap for a family of five. I couldn't have asked for a better place as it took about 5-6 weeks looking over other areas that suited us all and this one just kept on ticking all the right boxes. I couldn't recommend this villa enough along with the host for our vacation. We'll be back for sure.
