Vacation rentals with beach access in Camp de Túria

Mijn broer en ik hebben een leuke tijd gehad in Valencia mede door het appartement van Vicent Raul. De voorzieningen waren goed, er waren genoeg leuke tentjes/winkels op loopafstand en een metrostation is ook in de buurt. Vicent is een vriendelijke behulpzame host die snel op onze vragen reageerde. De Airbnb was schoon en was leuk ingericht.

De woning is minstens net zo mooi als op de foto´s en misschien zelfs nóg mooier. Het is warm en met aandacht ingericht, aan alles is gedacht (bijvoorbeeld zoals het dekentje voor op de bank, wasmiddel voor de (af)wasmachine), het heeft een erg huiselijke sfeer waardoor je je direct thuis voelt, werkelijk alles was helemaal nieuw, er is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, de uitzichten zijn werkelijk onbetaalbaar! Daarnaast is Diego een geweldige gastheer; met veel enthousiasme, vriendelijkheid, prettige energie en humor heeft hij ons de woning laten zien. Het contact vooraf en tijdens was super snel en altijd vriendelijk. En op het moment dat er onverwachts een landelijke stroomstoring was, kwam hij kijken of we in orde waren, bracht gratis water en later zelfs nog een kaars. Zo attent! Kortom, wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad en dit is absoluut tot nu toe mijn mooiste verblijf via Airbnb!

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a szállás pont olyan volt mint a képeken. A szállásadó nagyon barátságos és segítőkész volt. A környék rendezett, nyugodt és közel van a tengerpart a szálláshoz. Egy kisbolt és több helyi étterem is megtalálható a szálláshoz közel. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom a szállást!

An amazing stay in Valencia, thanks in part to the warm welcome from Carmen and Iris. The apartment was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. Well located, just 5 minutes from buses and the metro, providing easy access to all parts of the city. Go without hesitation! Thank you for your hospitality, ladies, and maybe see you again soon.

Quelle belle appartement! Propre et bien situé! Super proche de la plage. Il y avait beaucoup d'équipent ce qui facilite le séjour. Du monde gentil et rapide! Nous reviendrons a valence⛱️

Die Wohung war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Sehr nah zum Strand. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auch die anderen Vierteln sehr gut zu erreichen.

We are happy to have stayed at Maria’s place right on the beach in Patacona. Even on a popular weekend, it was very quiet alternative than Malva-rosa steps away. The apartment was very clean, looked better than the photos, spacious bathroom and outdoor patio, and comfortable living room.

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Eva es genial. Contratamos el chalet para celebrar el primer cumpleaños de nuestro bebé con la familia. Eva nos dejó visitar el chalet tiempo antes para pensar en los preparativos, también nos facilitó ir llevando cosas el jueves de antes del evento para organizarnos mejor. Ha estado muy atenta con todo y personalmente es una chica muy simpática y extrovertida. El chalet es de 10, tanto en la decoración como en los detalles que tiene, la piscina, las habitaciones, la terraza, incluso, la barra!!! Supera con creces todo lo que uno puede pedir. Muchas gracias por todo, ha sido un fin de semana maravilloso. Recomendadisima!!!

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Superbe logement très propre et bien décoré, un lit vraiment confortable. Très bien pour profiter de la belle plage, moins bien si on veut visiter la ville car il faut compter 40mn en bus et après 22h30 il reste que le taxi. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait pour le calme et l'accès direct à la plage. Rosana est très serviable et sympathique. Valencia est splendide !!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Silvia. De locatie is goed, strand op 5 minuten lopen, fantastische restaurants in de directe omgeving en het centrum is ook goed bereikbaar. Een fiets huren is een aanrader! Silvia is met recht een 'super host'! Heel gastvrij, heel aardig, behulpzaam, snel in haar communicatie en ontzettend flexibel in aankomst- en vertrektijden (mits de omstandigheden dit toelaten uiteraard). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de inventaris is uitstekend op orde, bedden liggen goed en de badkamers zijn modern en goed uitgerust. Al met al een aanrader!

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Ich durfte eine Woche in Davids Unterkunft verbringen – und es war schlichtweg fantastisch! David ist ein aussergewöhnlich grosszügiger Mensch und ein Gastgeber mit ganzem Herzen. Schon bei der Ankunft spürte man, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Er war nicht nur jederzeit erreichbar, sondern hat sich weit über das Übliche hinaus eingesetzt, damit wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein echtes Juwel: stilvoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und unglaublich gemütlich. Die Küche liess keine Wünsche offen, und der Balkon war unser Lieblingsplatz zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist zudem einfach perfekt – ruhig gelegen und doch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem Velo mitten im Geschehen. Ob Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants – alles ist schnell erreichbar. Es gib einen praktischen und einfach Zugang via App, ideal. Ein Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Die Wohnung und ihre Gastgeber sind großartig. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause, und das in einem valencianischen Zuhause. Man kommt von hier aus sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Altstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
