Kopegimizle birlikte konakladık. Evin denize yürüme mesafesi olması bahce girişinin olması ayrıca ev konforunu sağlaması bizim memnun ayrılmamız icin yeterli. konaklamayi düşünenler için evde temizlik malzemesi bulunmadığını onun dışında herseyin temiz ve yeterli olduğu belirtmekte fayda var.

Perfect location. Wonderful for families, couples or singles alike. Apartment was very comfortable with all amenities needed for a lovely stay including a built in BBQ! Lots of space around the various pools & always a sun bed available - whether at the pool or the beach. Happy to highly recommend Sunset Beach Resort.

Die villa war sehr sauber und sehr schön alle wünsche waren erfüllt. Frau Fatma war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch immer erreichbar wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen aufjedenfall wieder

Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. İki küçük çocuğumuzla birlikte gerçekten evimiz gibi rahat ettik. Bina yeni, ev çok düzenli ve oldukça temizdi. İhtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey mevcuttu. Kalkan halk plajına çok yakın, yürüyerek 2-3 dk sürüyor. Yakın çevredeki en iyi plaj diyebilirim. Terasın manzarası mükemmel, her daire için bir masa ayrılmış. İstediğiniz zaman kullanabiliyorsunuz. Ferhan hanım ve Şirin bey bizimle her konuda çok ilgilendiler. Onlara her şey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Umarım seneye bir daha konaklama şansımız olur.

Fatma hanım çok cana yakın ve samimi bir insan olduğu için hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Genel olarak temizlik gayet iyiydi. Evin manzarası güzel ve kahvenizi içerken gerçekten huzur bulduğunuzu anlıyorsunuz. Fatma hanımla her karşılaştığımızda bize güzel ikramlarda bulundu. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz.

Cengiz Beyin Evi beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Fiyat / Fayda performansı olağanüstü. Evin içerisi fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Güzel tasarlanmış ve kullanışlı. Ev mükemmel temizlikte. Kalkan merkeze araçla 10dk mesafede. Balkon manzarası şahane.Çevrede alışveriş için uygun yerler mevcut. Cengiz bey de her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Honestly to start with this was a beautiful stay with the windows open you can fell the breeze in the morning. It was surrounded by neighbours and you feel part of the community but still have your private space. I would honestly recommend this place 100% to anyone wanting to enjoy simplicity and beauty in its purest form.

Anna is very friendly , she was there for us whenever we asked her of anything . the flat is just perfect with a very nice swimming pool . the kitchen is nice as well equipped . i’d say the only disadvantage was a lack of iron and the internet was a bit slow . Kayakoy is very quiet and beautiful yet a little far from Oludeniz and Fethyie ‘ i’d recommend renting a car ‘ . if i to go to Kayakoy again , then definitely i’d pick the same place without hesitation . 这个房子有一个小花园，风景确实很不错，然后出去的路也很美，都很适合拍照，周围有便利店，房东和当地的人态度都很不错，我一开始没有找到路还帮我指路，当天晚上因为一些原因到的有点晚了，然后房东还在屋子里面等我们还帮我们贴心送上了被子和褥子，房间里阳光很好，温度也很适宜，还比较干净，就是离那个巴station有一点远，但是出门可以坐Mini bus，总之还比较推荐。
