Our 2+1 ground floor apartment with a garden has been carefully prepared for a comfortable stay. All rooms have air conditioning, high-speed internet and fly nets. All kitchen utensils are available. There is a covered free parking lot. It is only 8-10 minutes by car to Fethiye city center, Çalış Beach and Kordon. Grocery stores and the bus stop are within walking distance. The use of the garden and house is entirely exclusive to our guests. There is a seating area for 6 people on the terrace and for 8 people in the garden, as well as a barbecue.

Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.

We cannot accept guests who are all male.
