Vacation rentals with beach access in Çalış Beach

We were only able to stay in Fethiye for 2 nights but the apartment served us well, great location right on the water. Paid public parking is available just a hundred meters away, was easy to get to. No complaints, would stay there again!

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Mr. Aydın welcomed us with a smile. Her place was spacious and comfortable enough. The sheets and covers were very clean. Since we were a little cold in the evening, we asked for a thick blanket and he provided it immediately, thanks to him. She offered us their homemade olive oil, we loved it. Large families can stay comfortably, we stayed for a short time, but for those who stay for a long time, the house also has a beautiful garden, and it can be very nice to spend time there. Thank you to Mr. Aydın and his family.

Even cuter than the pictures. Place was very clean. Easy check-in and so convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Very walkable. Tufan was quick to respond to any questions I had. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I returned.

Exceptional accommodation on different levels, The Host “Luna” is super friendly and very responsive she just try her bst to make your stay enjoyable and fun. I even asked her for few things after midnight and she was ready to help! It was a last minute booking and I showed up pretty late but Luna was available to make everything easy. ( check in- parking-explanation) Location and views are my fav, I am a fan of Fethiye and been here many times this was the best time in terms of accommodation. I highly recommend this space and Luna.

We were very satisfied with our 4 night stay with 5 people. Mr. Metehan was a host who thought of everything down to the last detail. She was helpful even with our smallest need. The interior and garden part of the house were very tidy and quite clean. Every room was just like the photos, there was no difference. We definitely plan to stay here for our next trips. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were extra responsive and attentive. Will stay here again and recommend to our family and friends. There is a mini-Migros within walking distance which is a huge plus. The pool was spotless and allowed us to stay at home during the high heat and relax. The washing machine was nice to have. Each bedroom and living room had super cold.

Yılmaz Bey is extremely accommodating and friendly. Solved problems right away. The space is always clean, modern and practical. The surroundings are definitely bad without a vehicle to get to the sea or do other activities. We had a car and got everywhere great. I personally recommend the place. Positive aspects; The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The whole place was super clean. The pool was well-maintained and lovely. The garden was very nice, we even picked fresh onions and added them to the meals. The towels and beds were very clean. When you woke up in the morning, the sounds of birds gave you peace. It was nice to have a fireplace and a barbecue. It was in a very safe location. Negative aspects; The lock system of a sun lounger was broken. It got caught in my hand and my finger was seriously damaged. The jacuzzi's fountain didn't work. There was almost no internet connection. Things to work on: The area between the pool and the vegetables is very empty. You can also add or move things there. There is noise as construction continues in the villas next door. It can be preferred after the construction is finished. The carpet in the living room can be changed, there are stains, it is disturbing. My advice to those who will come by navigation is to come to Göcek and take the back road. When you enter from Dalaman, the road is incredibly bad. Apart from all this, it is a place that should be easily preferred and visited.

Great location! The apartment was very clean and the residents of the building were very nice. The bed was comfortable, the balcony had a great view, and the apartment was spacious. The only thing that wasn’t great was the WiFi was not reliable. The hosts were very responsive and quick to help reset the internet, but there were a few times I was unable to connect. Even with the internet issues I’d stay here again.

Mr. Hakan is a good host who responds to messages right away and answers questions clearly, and offered me a clean, tidy, complete, reliable environment as I expected. Thanks for everything

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

We were very happy with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, it is a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oguz again.

Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Probably the best place in Fethiye! Ramazan’s apparement is located in a lovely villas complex. It’s clean, safe and calm. You’ll be at 10 min from the beach and restaurants or you can enjoy the 2 swimming pools with sunbeds if you feel lazy. Ramazan is the perfect host: always available and nice. If you’re looking for a place in Fethiye, do not miss this apartment!

Osman's was ideal for what I needed. He was friendly and helpful and available if I had needed him. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. Ideally, you need a car as it is a bit of a trek to the shops.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

We stayed in Fethiye and absolutely loved it! The place had an amazing sea view and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. Everything was just as expected, and we’d definitely love to visit again!
