You can enjoy the sunset on its large balcony with a pool view, and you can reach the beach in just a few steps. It offers a pleasant holiday with private beach access, 7 swimming pools, a large terrace, a balcony with pool view and a BBQ area. All necessities are available, including 3 air conditioners, Wi-Fi (fiber internet), TV, laundry machine and dishwasher. The restaurant, cafe, grocery store, and spa are located within the complex.

Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.

This house, which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups.
