15 of us have returned from 8 days in Yasins villa. We couldn’t fault anything with the villa or our experience, we had the most amazing time. Yasin organised transfers for us all to and from the airport, and was there to greet us at check in and give us the grand tour. The villa is perfect and even bigger than it looks on the pictures. There is so much outdoor space and we made use of all of it. We spent most of our days around the pool, and several meals were had in the lovely outdoor area with the BBQ. All of the rooms were a great size and the fact they had their own en-suites meant we all had our own space when needed. The villa is in a great location. The Hisaronu strip is about a 10 min walk away. Oludeniz is about a 5ish min taxi ride, with a button to call a taxi a few yards away from the villa. We had a great meal at Barracuda and visited Buzz Beach Bar in Ölüdeniz a couple of times, our personal favourite. Thanks for a lovely stay!!!!!

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

I have visited Fethiye a few times before but honestly think it is the best place we have ever stayed. The host (Deniz) is super friendly, easy to reach and proactive. The space was in a pristine condition, clean, well equipped and felt homely. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and close to the shops places. I will definitely come back to this place next time I am in Fethiye. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable for family of 9, with ages ranging from 2-50. Loved that each bedroom had an en-suite and the amenities were incredible. The sauna, Hammam, and 2 pools kept the family busy and enjoying downtime. Cevdet himself was an excellent host, kind, proactive, great communication, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Le logement est encore plus beau en vrai, notamment la vue de la piscine, tout était propre. La maison possède tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour et est bien équipé pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Les hôtes s’en assurent et sont bienveillants, c’est vraiment appréciable et je vous en remercie vraiment Ayşe et Serkan. Nous disposions également de tout ce qui est de première nécessité pour démarrer et/ou passer la semaine (liquide vaisselle, éponge, produit lessive, papier WC, huile, sel…). Nous étions à proximité de tous les principaux centres d’intérêts (Calis plage, vieux Fethiye, Oludeniz…) bien que la villa se trouve dans un coin reculé des principales artères. Bref, j’ai passé une très bonne semaine et je recommande.

Öncelikle Ev sahibi Nevzat abiye güler yüzünden ve ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyorum.Sorduğumuz sorulara hemen yanıt verdi ve çözdü.Ev tertemiz ve ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey vardı.Evin konumu da çok güzel her yere 10 dakika balkondan Babadağ ve ölüdenizi seyredebiliyorsunuz. Havuz tertemiz ve bakımlıydı kaldığımız süre boyunca sürekli temizlendi.Çok memnun kaldık ölüdenize gelecek herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Sezon dışı ve yağmurlu bir gün olduğu için yüksek bir beklentiyle gitmedik. Zira havuz yağmurdan dolayı temiz değildi. Oda kapılarının detaylı bir temizliğe ihtiyacı var. Mutfak ekipman olarak biraz daha zebginleştirilebilir. Bunlar dışında Herşey harikaydı diyebilirim. Yazdıklarım küçük detaylar. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederim

Wonderful! We hated to leave! We stayed a full week (eight nights) and look forward to a longer stay next time. Sinan’s place is in a great location, central to everything, in a nice, safe neighborhood. The flat is very clean and comfortable. It’s a bright and happy space with lots of windows and balconies. The host has made sure guests have everything they need, including plenty of storage, extra pillows, and the best drying rack I’ve ever used! Sinan is a kind, generous, responsive host. We were never at a loss and felt comfortable asking him any number of questions and communicating with him in general. He never left us hanging. Like other reviewers, we highly recommend Derya Market, which is just downstairs. Fresh fruit, vegetables, and bread daily as well as other groceries. Go there before shopping elsewhere. You might save yourself a trip. Thank you, Sinan, for being a wonderful host. All the best to you and yours. Görüşürüz!😊
