The location is great. We enjoyed the wonderful view from the terrace and at the same time it was like 15mins walk to the center

This place has it's own private beach and a few minutes walk to the marina. Parking is available too. Very basic kitchen amenities but it has what you need.

We stayed with our Kopeg. The house is within walking distance to the sea, the garden entrance and the comfort of the house are enough for us to leave satisfied. It is worth noting that everything is clean and sufficient for those who are considering the accommodation.

Nice and calm, the swimming pool was recently redone, the grounds are well kept. The apartment itself is simple and functional, it fits a family of 5 easily. A good pick in this price range.

Everything was as shown in the 1+1 Apartment we rented for the New Year's holiday. In a small complex located on a hill, there are independent apartments consisting of 2-3 floors with a bottom and top. With the contribution of the hilly area where the business is located, all of the apartments overlook the sea and have a magnificent view overlooking the Gumbet coast. This view can be seen from both the living room and bedroom. All white goods are available in the apartment and all materials are of good quality. Some items originating from the date on which the business established this complex are lightly used, but the apartments are still well kept and well-maintained. We didn't see a big problem with cleanliness, you can easily communicate with business managers. The only thing missing was the fact that there was no smart TV, even though there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom. It was difficult for us to spend time at home, but the employees helped by providing an HDMI cable. In addition, having a carpet in the apartment at least in the living room could have been better in every way.

Despite our late arrival, Suheyla was there to greet us and gave us a brief around the house. We found the place as shown in the pictures, well kept and very clean. We enjoyed the pool, which is right in front of our garden. During our stay, Suheyla was checking on us everyday and always there to help. The location is on a quiet street in Yalıkavak, 15 minutes walking distance to the marina. Although its a central location in Yalıkavak, the rental car made our life easier. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying in Dibek Homes and having Suheyla as our host. Thank you - no hesitation in recommending this place.

The place was very clean and well maintained . Everything was very modern and nicely decorated. There was also a totally nice dog on the premises who took care of us the whole time🥹. We were really very satisfied and would definitely come back! Communication with the host went smoothly and the check-in as well.

Accommodation is very centrally located in the middle of Altinkum, just a few meters from the pedestrian zone. The rooms were very very clean and the amenities were spotless. The living/ dining area even overlooks the sea and one of the three bedrooms, as well as the living room, has a balcony overlooking the sea. Checking in was very easy and the building in very good condition. The value for money was 1A! Clear recommendation!

Mr. Erdinç and his wife are a family-run, they have their own beach, they are not very crowded, to see the great stars at the beach at night, and since there is no grocery store around, it is necessary to come cautiously
