Villa Aşiyan offers you all the facilities you see in the pictures. The location is easy to find. The villa is very clean and practical. Great place away from the noise. There was nothing missing or broken. I recommend it to everyone. Our host, Mr. Hasan, was also available if we needed him. Thank you.

It was a peaceful stay in a tastefully furnished house in nature that we found what we were looking for, meeting our expectations. Mr. Ali gave nice explanations about the environment at the entrance and was friendly. We really enjoyed the location, length, and depth of the pool. 5 out of 5

This place is amazing. Really peaceful with fruit trees. I start my days by squeezing juice from the fruits of the trees. The house is super lovely. I'm an artist and I wanted to spend time in peaceful place and create some music and this was perfect for that. Bus stop is really close so it was easy to get Fethiye center. Yetkin as an host is so friendly and helpful. Really heartful and kind person. If I have some questions he answer immediately and makes me feel like home here. We enjoyed our holiday at Hasan‘s place. The house is cozy, the garden has a beautiful view over the bey. There was no water in the pool due to a water shortage, but we were informed about that beforehand and were compensated for this. Hasan and his wife were extremely helpful and attentive. They recommended places to go to, arranged trips etc. Moreover, they always responded quickly and just came by in case of a problem.

We would like to thank Özgür Hanım for offering a peaceful and comfortable holiday. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable. We had a pleasant time in the garden. You don't have a parking problem for the car, which is one of the most important things in Selimiye. Walking distance to the beaches.

Sinan was lovely and even brought us water because we forgot to buy some! The apartment is nicely furnished and the WiFi is perfect for working from home.

We went with two families. We are very satisfied. It has a big enough garden. It's also nice to have a swing and hammock. We were very comfortable with the kids. Since the backyard is always a shade, it was very enjoyable to sit there and drink tea and coffee. The sea we entered from the house was beautiful in the morning, but we didn't like it very much in the afternoon, the water was cloudy and dirty. We went to Selimiye public beach and gin bending in the morning, especially Selimiye public beach is very nice. It takes 8-10 minutes by car from the location of the house. Gin bending is reached by car in 4-5 minutes. Items for every need. I would just like to say that for those who are sensitive like me, the tea maker /kettle is plastic.

Fantastic villa and perfect for our stay. The house is modern and very comfortable. The beds and pillows are super comfy and I had a great sleep. The pool is a decent size and maintained well. We enjoyed melon, bananas, chillies and olives from the garden. Berk and his family were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We walked to town every evening and it took 15 mins and was a pleasant walk. The house also felt very secure and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday villa and I'd definitely stay again.

We had a very nice holiday. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed. Our house was two steps from the sea. The sea was great. Our hosts Ms. Arzu and Mr. Ramazan were very helpful, very thoughtful and elibol people. We had taken our vacation for nine days. They shared with us the vegetables and grapes in their garden during the holiday. Highly recommend to thinkers.

The place is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. It is within walking distance of all amenities Selimiye has to offer. We had an amazing stay. Also, Filiz left us fresh fruit from his garden that was delicious! One thing to be aware of is that the booking states that there are two bedrooms, in reality there is one bedroom and a foldaway bed. This Didn't bother us but is something to be aware of. I would happily recommend this place and Selimiye to anyone!

Our stay was marvelous. The weather was perfect, and the village was green and welcoming. The house is cozy and looks just like in the pictures. Our host was very helpful in every step. I really wish to come back again and enjoy this lovely house during summer .

Everything we needed was available. We were able to communicate easily when we had a request. The location of the house is 5-6 minutes by car to the bazaar. A place with a breeze The air conditioning also works smoothly if needed. If we want to stay in Datça again, we prefer them again.
