Our comfortable apartment with a private beach at Fethiye Çalış Beach, right by the sea, offers accommodation for up to 4 people. You can enjoy the sunset on the large balcony with a pool view and reach the beach in just a few steps. Our apartment has air conditioning, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and all the items you need. There is a car park on the site and it offers a peaceful and safe holiday environment. NOTE: You can pay at check-in. Our house has recently been renovated. The furnishings have been replaced.

Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. The deposit fee is $700 The pools are closed due to weather conditions between November 1 and April 30

This house, which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups. THE POOL AND GARDEN ARE FOR THE COMMON USE OF ONLY 2 VILLAS
