Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.

The pool and garden are shared by only two villas. 2 bathrooms 2 toilets 2 floors, max 6 people 5-minute walk to Çalış beach 3-minute walk to the coastal esplanade, supermarket right next to it 10-minute walk to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market. We cannot accept guests who are all male.
