Vacation rentals with a patio in Burke County

We love staying at the Cozy Koi! The area is beautiful, the lodgings are spotless with everything we could need, and Dan is an excellent host who feels more like a friend.

We recently stayed at Robert's house in the mountains with our children, and it was the perfect family getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the serene surroundings and the beautiful natural landscape. The house itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it a great base for our family. Robert provided everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds. Our kids loved playing in the open space outdoors and exploring the nearby trails. One of our favorite moments was gathering around the fire pit in the evening, sharing stories and roasting marshmallows under the starry sky. Robert was a fantastic host, offering helpful tips on local activities and ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat where you can bond with your family in the beauty of nature, I highly recommend this house. We’re already planning our next visit.

My best friend and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was great, easy to find, and not too far from restaurants and stores. We enjoyed sitting by the creek, reading our books and taking in the sunshine. Bathrooms were clean and we appreciated the privacy of the individual stalls. Do note that it takes the hot water a minute to warm up in case you go during the colder season. Overall, nothing beats the sounds of the creek in your cozy cabin as you're falling asleep. Excited to visit again!

We had an amazing experience! Spectacular picturesque views of Lake James with mountain backdrops. The host was also very quick to respond with any questions. I would highly recommend this lakehouse paradise. :)

It was a delight to spend a few nights in this darling cabin with such a spectacular view from the back porch. Everything was as described by the host, and I would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful. The host and her family were all really great. They were engaging, but also respected our space. The pets were really fun and visited frequently. The breakfast is definitely worth the $. Much more than we could actually eat. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great time here!! A beautiful little cabin with all the amenities needed for a stay. Very responsive host and friendly. Loved having a private hot tub surrounded by trees to relax in and a great spot to view some stars. We dined for breakfast at Louise’s Famous Rockhouse right down the street and highly highly recommend. Best biscuits ever had! We loved our visit to Newland!

Kerri's place is in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice view of the Lake. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was decorated nicely and furnished with all the amenities required for a nice stay. The living room was big with very comfy furniture and throw pillows for increased comfort. Kerri was a great hostess, and gave easy instructions with information on local cuisine and attractions. Copper Penny Grill was across the street on the lake and was very good! The close proximity to our son and his family was an extra bonus! Thanks Kerri for the nice stay!
